i met some absolutely amazing people here , and some people who probably are having a rough shift/evening..i can feel energy and i can tell when someone is annoyed w me idk, i didnt mean any harm but i was stuttering and anxious, so i apologize to anyone i annoyed tonight truly, especially the people at the front desk because the line was long. it took five whole hours to be told he has a virus, and be discharged. and im thankful for doctors diagnosis, and being there to help us tonight all of the staff, im sure they were just tired and overworked like everyone in the world is . i don't mind to wait, bc i know there are people who are there for much worse things.. and the doctors are needed there of course . but by the time it hit 4am, im on my 24th hour awake? so i tried to leave, because there is absolutely nothing we can do for a virus anyways? besides comfort him and keep doing what i'm already doing basically.. but anyways i am open to professional opinions obviously, but its just the way certain things were said . i felt like i was getting on their nerves or something with the way they reacted lol , because i was so anxious and im scared of looking like a bad mom or like "i dont care" so i over explain myself a lot, and why i decided to bring him tonight.. because it was just a simple diagnosis, so i get why that's probably annoying when you're seeing kids really going through terrible things all day . but anyways i thought we had already talked to a doctor . the guy we talked to was an in training still so i still needed a second then final opinion basically? witch we got! and i was basically told the same exact thing 3 separate times ? lol idk it was just a lot. and im thankful it was nothing bad and im thankful for the doctors and everyone there. idk just felt like a lot of steps to be taking at 4am when ppl are already exhausted. i still love this hospital and the people in it all im saying is maybe be a little mindful of your energy and mood sometimes. the doctor in training and the nurses who walked us out , also the admissions nurse? were the sweetest humans ever and made things a lot better far as how the experience went , Kudos to them read more
