If you're looking for a Realtor, stop searching you've found the best. Lola & Gordon are as good…read moreas it gets. They have now assisted us with another home sale. The first was helping us locate our personal home. A couple years ago available homes were scarce & it was a bidding war on all homes. Before settling on an agent we would attend open houses & we're trying to do some of the work ourselves. As we searched we would run into Lola & Gordon. Although not our agent yet they were always professional and had such positive things to say about Folsom. The instant we began working with them the craziness from a chaotic market disappeared. Their timeliness & network gave us the inside lead on what would become our future home. The BEST part is because of their reputation we were available to avoid a bidding war and were able to negotiate terms prior to the home fully hitting the market saving us thousands. Recently we had a death in the family. Our grandparents home needed to be sold. If you ever dealt with a death and had to settle an estate with several family members you know the stress this can cause. Lola & Gordon' expertise, calm demeanor, & people skills provided valuable insight, handled our concerns & guided us to a smooth successful sale. Our family is tact & all involved are pleased which is incredible given the stress a situation like this can cause. Do yourself a favor and call now, you'll be happy you did!

The service didn't stop there - he secured seller credits on both properties, advocated for us every step of the way, and would not quit until we had secured a total of 5 rental units in a matter of a month. This company was the listing agent for a house we bought. I've come to question their ethics…read more When we saw the house, the agent volunteered that the kitchen was remodeled and that "it is very high quality. Not IKEA." After moving in, we learned that the entire kitchen was IKEA. We don't have a problem with IKEA and we like the kitchen, but we think either she was lying or made an uninformed comment probably trying to appeal to clientele that have expensive taste. When we asked if there are rental properties around us, she seemed to purposefully give us a vague answer. After we moved in, we learned that both sides of us are rentals. Again, we actually like these people and don't have a problem with renters per se, but we feel like she was being deceitful. Finally, after moving in, we discovered a significant foundation defect hidden behind a makeshift wooden landing. The landing seemed odd to us when we saw the house, considering the immaculate condition of the rest of the house. I didn't think too much about it because I assumed that any issues would be disclosed and the inspector would catch anything else. I find it hard to believe that a seasoned agent did not know this or at least question the buyer as to why something so out of place is in plain site, especially when it is very unattractive and detracts from the aesthetics of the house. Of course, it is the obligation of the seller to disclose this to the agent. Based on what we know about the seller, I believe that the seller probably did disclose it. Overall, we are happy with the house, but we feel the agent was not honest in dealing with us.

TLDR: - Tried to refi with current lender…read more- They completely dropped the ball - Scott made the process seamless and fast - He ended up saving me almost double what I was going to save with my current lender - CALL SCOTT AT INFINITY MORTGAGE When I decided to look into a refi in January of this year, I started with my current lender, Pennymac. I'd been with them for 6 years, refi'd twice already and figured it'd be the easiest option. They quoted me a 3.99% rate and we got the info we were asked for to them. 2 months later the file was still pending. When I called, I'd be told that someone would get back to me and then no one would. I finally found out that my original officer had taken a leave of absence and someone else had taken over. I was also informed that they wanted us to change the terms of the loan. I won't go more into details because it doesn't matter, but the result is that it was a continual delay. I'll mention this next part only for context, because I know how it comes across. Both my wife and I have credit scores over 750. Our debt to income is strong and our appraisal came back at roughly 50k more than expected. My point is only that this should have been a very easy loan to underwrite. We just couldn't get anyone, even a manager, to take over and actually look at the file. Honestly I don't know if they were just overwhelmed with work or short staffed, but it was a mess. In mid May I reached out to Scott. I've known Scott for over 10 years and trusted him. I should have started with him. He asked for everything I sent over to Pennymac and he'd take a look and give me his opinion on whether he could help. The first thing he asked me is why they were quoting a 3.99% rate when the going rate was 3.00%. I had no idea as I had just trusted Pennymac to give us the best deal that we qualified for. He wrote the deal up for 3.00%. He communicated daily for anything that was needed and what step of the process we were in. We had an approval in approx. 1.5 weeks. We ran into an issue with our solar company which delayed closing but even with that, we had docs ready in about 3.5 weeks FROM THE FIRST TIME I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD HELP. It was amazing. Here's where Scott really shown however. Because of the delay with the solar company, we were going to go past our rate lock time-frame. That meant that we needed to pay a fee to keep the rate. It was going to be about 2k. I didn't really care about it, but Scott felt that if we could stomach waiting another couple of weeks, we should change lenders because he didn't want us paying that much for something we could get without the fee. He resubmitted everything to the new lender (really almost no effort from me) and had a new approval in another week an a half. A couple weeks later we were signing docs with our new mortgage company. I'm a raving fan of Scott at this point. Call him first. You will not be disappointed.
