If I could give Ethan and Kelly 100 out of 10 stars, I would! This was my first time buying a home by myself and I had so many questions and they never once made me feel like I was asking too many. They walked me through every step, explained everything to me in a way that made sense and always made sure I knew what part of the process we were in. What really impressed me the most was how much they genuinely cared. They checked in with me throughout the entire process, kept me updated and were always available whenever I needed them. All of this made the experience feel so much easier knowing I was in good hands. Their communication, professionalism, patience and kindness were truly above and beyond. I honestly can't say enough good things about Ethan and Kelly. They made a very overwhelming experience so much easier and more exciting. If you're looking for a lender who will treat you like more then you're just another transaction, I cannot recommend Brizzi Financial enough. Thank you both for everything you did to help me own my very first home by myself. read more

Ethan and Kelly are rockstars. As a first time homebuyer, I knew very little about the home-buying process, and Brizzi Financial made it quick, simple, and a great experience! When I say that Kelly went above and beyond, that is an understatement. During the underwriting process, we found a recurring charge on my bank statement and I didn't know exactly what it was. Kelly spent a few days doing the research and making calls to help me figure out what the charge was. Ethan helped me save time, money, and a headache. Every time I had a decision to make, he was on the phone ready to help me and guide me. Truly white glove service. Could not recommend them enough. This should be everybody's go to. read more

I can not recommend Brizzi Financial enough! Their team of business professionals will not stop until they get you into the home of your dreams, or whatever stage of life you are in. Ethan is undoubtedly an expert in the industry and doesn't make you feel like just "another number." Ethan and Kelly went above and beyond for my husband and I. The knowledge and skills they possess helped us tremendously. We will never miss an opportunity to recommend friends + family to them! Thank you Brizzi Team! read more

Brizzi Financial - Mortgage Brokers Near Me - Rocklin, California

I can't say enough positive things about Brizzi Financial. In early 2021, we got the unexpected news that our landlord wanted to move into the house that we were renting. With about 75 days until our lease was up, we didn't have a lot of time to figure out what we were going to do. Thankfully, a family member recommended Nate at Brizzi Financial as a friend in the mortgage business and we got connected. Being first time home buyers, in a crazy market, we were unsure of what we should be doing. We had a ton of questions, and even more questions on top of that. We had a lot of anxiety about making a mistake in this important process. Nate at Brizzi Financial offered to answer all of our questions simply as a courtesy. He even offered to compare rates with another mortgage broker we had got in touch with. Based on our first few meetings, we decided to go with Nate and we started our mortgage journey. Long story short, Nate navigated us through our first home loan with no hiccups or issues at all. He gave us expert advice, and helped us avoid the pitfalls that could disrupt our loan application. He was always available to answer questions, even when he was off the clock. The rest of the team at Brizzi were awesome as well, very responsive and easy to work with. All in all, Nate at Brizzi Financial proved himself to be the trusted advisor we needed. We closed on the house in record time and met our deadline with the landlord! If you need a mortgage, you want someone who is trustworthy, reliable and service oriented. Nate at Brizzi Financial is your guy! Thanks Brizzi Financial! read more

We used Brizzi Financial again to refinance our mortgage and we received the same stellar customer service. Brizzi again beat out the competition for interest rates and service. Couldn't be happier! read more

They are the absolute worst people. I payed for the inspections, fees, down payment. Signed everything including the deed. The day I was suppose to get the keys I got turned down. Brizzi Financial blew everything under the rug and took no form of responsibility. As I did everything I was suppose to. Provided them the proper information and signed everything efficiently. I was packed and ready to go. Belongings in boxes and moving truck on stand bye. I ended up losing quit a bit of money and even had to let the sellers keep half of my down payment. I'll be back with something more lengthy and pictures to back up my review read more

Ethan Brizzi and his staff at Brizzi Financial did an awesome job at refinancing our loan. Their customer service and attentiveness was outstanding. Ethan Brizzi and his staff at Brizzi Financial did an amazing job with my refinance. From start to finish in just about 3 weeks. I've been a very happy customer of Ethan Brizzi's since 2004! I refer everyone I know to him, anyone considering a re-fi or new home purchase, and everyone who has used him has come back to tell me exactly what I know: he's extremely professional and competent at his job. He makes your re-fi or home loan go incredibly smoothly, it's like VIP service! When we first used him for a re-fi in 2004, we had been burned first by our initial home loan (first time home buyers and in retrospect we were given a very high rate) and then my co-worker's husband bungled our re-fi so badly that he had to do it again for free. Ouch. However, we were interested in getting into the 4% range, so we took a chance on Ethan since he came highly recommended. I am so glad that we did, he got us an incredible loan that adjusted *down* for a few years until settling in the 4% range we were hoping for. No one else we talked to could touch the offer he found for us. Since then we have used him for every refinance or new home purchase except for one: there was a promotional offer from our mortgage company that he encouraged us to use since we didn't have to get the home value appraised (and knew our home was valued lower than the loan, thank you 2009 slump!). Let me tell you, that experience with the bank made me even more appreciative of Ethan's services! As an independent broker, he will be with you every step of the way, instead of handing you off to a disinterested and rarely available processor. Because he's independent, he can shop around to find you a great deal (banks are limited to the product that they sell). I honestly can't say enough good things about him, give him a call and you'll be very happy that you did. read more

Ethan is a great mortgage guy with great follow up. He just opened up his second office (first one is in Sacramento... The one I was at was Roseville) couldn't work with a better team of people! Great to see he's now on Yelp. I also know he gives his time and money to help less fortunate families so it makes me feel good to give him the business. read more

My experience with Ethan comes from the Realtor's side of things... where timely and effective communication with all parties can make or break a transaction. Ethan finds ways to get loans done and make things work when other lenders say it's impossible. I am also pleased to call Ethan my friend... in both the personal realm and the professional world, Ethan is a stand-up guy. When he gives his word... you can take it to the bank. I believe him to be honest, ethical and in the rare instances when he can't do a loan, he will tell you straight and then provide the resources to help you be successful... a rarity in this dog eat dog world! read more

Ethan and Anthony were super helpful through the whole loan process. They found us a good rate and were very responsive and on top of things all the way through closing. They always followed up with our emails and voicemails within the same business day (usually within the hour). My wife and I were first time home buyers and needed a lot of things explained to us. Ethan was patient and thorough in answering all of our detailed questions. Also our title officer told us specifically that she really like working with Ethan on our purchase as well and appreciated his helpfulness and positive attitude. I would strongly recommend Brizzi Financial to friends and family. read more

My home buying experience with brizzi financial has been a nightmare. A bit of background, we started our buying process in march, already had pre approval, sellers already accepted offer, and the ball was rolling. Ethan and his team were recommended to me. I called and spoke with ethan, who was very pleasant. After speaking with him I dropped the lender I had and went with him. Biggest mistake of my life. Ethan is a snake oil salesman. First you dont actually deal with ethan, you are handed off to his assistant anthony. Anthony is nice, but knows nothing about the loan process and can not answer question. Then after you deal with anthony for weeks you get handed off to brandon. Again a pleasant enough person, but also unable to answer your questions. Then after dealing with brandon you are handed off to nate. Now nate is a very patient and kind guy. He was the only person who took the time to really answer questions for me. Ethan made Promise after promise and absolutely everything he told us was lies. Told us we could get a grant to help with the down. Had our credit for 3 weeks before telling us we did not qualify for it because of scores. Told me after 6 weeks our debt to income is to high, after 2 months, that I had to get rid of a car that i had no payments on. Problems verifying income, though hubby and myself are above board. Told us payment would be 2237, then it went to 2287, mind you this was afer telling us the numbers were "dialed in" at this point (2.5 months in and a month past our contract date) ethan decides he is no longer communicating with me because I expected him to be accountable for, and explain what was going on, and why things were not as he stated they were. He would not return phone calls or emails and even went so far as to refer to me only as "the buyer" when communicating with the realtor. We were told the entire time that we would not have to come in with any money down, and that we would be receiving our good faith check back. 4 days before signing we are told, not only that our payment has again gone up, but that they raised our loan amount (without permission) to cover extra closing costs, and that we now needed to come in with an additional 2000 dollars. Which made no sense considering our down payment assistance came in with 13600, the sellers paid 6800 towards closing costs and the 1000 we already gave them (home price 342,500) Then we get to signing day and the money we have to come in with is 2500 and no we don't get our deposit check back, oh and we have a 1500 dollar tax bill due within a couple of months. When we started this we had 9000 in the bank, we now have nothing after paying for and jumping through the hoops this company made me jump through. This whole process started the 2nd of march. We just signed yesterday (june 12) in conclusion..though most of the staff is nice, i would not trust this company for anything. We came in as 1st time home buyers, with solid income and job history as well as almost no debt and over 700 credit scores. There is no reason that this purchase should have been this way. They ruined my home buying experience. I am not even happy about our new home. I am just glad it's over. Look elsewhere for a loan. read more

Ethan has helped my wife and I with securing our finances for our first home and our second home. Ethan is knowledgeable about current rates and programs. He is always available for questions. During our first home purchase I think I called Ethan 3 times a day he was always helpful and patient with my needs. On our second home purchase times were a lot more competitive and we needed a pre approval letter sent over to the listing agent ASAP so we could get into contract and Ethan was able to get that done for us even on a Sunday! We highly recommend Professional Mortgage Associates and Ethan Brizzi read more

I cannot say too many good things about Ethan and his team. My boyfriend and I were in the middle of refinancing to begin much needed repairs to our 60+ year old home when the broker we were with basically abandoned us to figure things out on our own and did not move quickly enough as we needed. Ethan came to the rescue and helped us by going above and beyond. He was very calming, reassuring and walked us through our options and helped us make decisions that made sense for our goals. Our refinance closed quickly with little to no obstacles once he took over. I highly recommend Ethan and his team! read more
