I'm very happy with this company and their work…read more I regularly book them for video shoots for my beauty salon, and every time the experience is great. The quality is always amazing, and they deliver the final materials really fast, which I truly appreciate. Everything is smooth, professional, and just easy to work with. I always feel confident with the result. Highly recommend, I'm really happy I found them

I hired Marina's team to film a One Person Play called The Father Daughter Dance in San Francisco…read more It was a two camera shot and the results are tremendous. The quality of the video I received was first class. The way the team integrated both cameras in the shot came through was perfect. Marina was superb to work with. She was diligent about scoping out and creating a contract from my needs. She was responsive and flexible when we discussed what her work would be that night. I loved how her cameras were small and high quality not taking up a lot of seats in the theater was really valuable as I could sell more seats. Her work post production was remarkable. She was professional as we iterated on that the ultimate video looked and sounded like. I'm SO happy I hired her to do that post production work, no way I could have done that myself. Finally, she created a great trailer clip that I can now send to any potential venues that I want to book my show at. I strongly recommend Marina's team to work with you on shooting a theatrical performance like mine or any other video needs.

Can't believe it's been two months since our special wedding day, but with Tri Luu Films, my wife…read moreand I are able to relive the lovely memories from that day forever. Many months before the wedding, I searched for videographers and wedding video packages that suited our taste, where we wanted candid, yet dreamy/fairytale shots of our day, along with videos of our ceremonies (tea ceremony & Western ceremony), all while being within a certain budget. After sending in quotes and meeting with some videographers, it was a challenge to find the one that really matched what we needed. Luckily, I got in touch with Tri Luu Films through one of the wedding sites that recommended him, and saw some of his work on Vimeo, including a wedding short that was at the venue we were getting married at. Tri was such a pleasure to work with from the get-go. He met with us to talk about our ideal style and "must captures," and knowing that he was familiar with our venue in San Jose as well as having experience with capturing tea ceremonies is really what sold us. They were even onboard when I mentioned that I would be surprising the bride with a musical performance during the reception, and were able to capture that. On the day of, Tri Luu and his team were fantastic - incredibly professional, kind, and understanding of timeline shifts. Something I really appreciated was that they know when it's appropriate to step-in and give advice on good video shots versus when to be more in the background and let the photographers do their thing. Our wedding video package included a trailer, wedding short, and a documentary. The trailer was great and made me hyped to see the rest of the filming, and it also got to us less than three weeks from the wedding! The wedding short film I liked because it included some short lines from vows, speeches, dances, and ceremonies and various snippets from the wedding. The documentary, though, was definitely what I was waiting for - over an hour of great footage, edited chronologically for us to relive the best day of my life. I could tell it was done with great care because everything flowed well, there were transitions showing off the venue where the next part of the wedding was at, and the background music was perfect. Couldn't be more impressed with Tri Luu Films, and I wholeheartedly recommend Tri to anyone needing a wedding videographer!

I didn't want to drop…read morea ton of money on a short music video as a lot of other companies advertise because I preferred something less "cinematic"/was looking for more of a "documentary/authentic style" of the highlights and ceremony. Graham (Final Frame) was the perfect fit! He is very professional and readily available for any questions, etc. He has a quicker turnaround for the video which is a bonus, and I really liked that his presence was very subtle (doesn't feel like you're on a movie set with a ton of bulky equipment). He edited a wonderful video (documentary edit), and I feel like I really get to relive the wedding day, and I love that I get to re-watch all the speeches/special moments of us with our friends and family. One of my favorite parts is that he will interview the guests (optional) and you get to hear and see family/friends video messages. It was awesome and really special. I'd highly recommend Graham! He is excellent!

Graham is very responsive and easy to work with. The day of our June 2021 wedding, Graham showed up on time and got right to work. You hardly even know he's there, which is exactly what we wanted from a videographer. He films "documentary style" and gets all the parts of the day that are such a blur to the bride and groom. My favorite thing about his style is the interviews he does with the bride and groom separately and the interviews he does with guests. It's such a nice touch that makes watching the video even more special. Graham is so affordable given the INCREDIBLE work that he does. I can't believe some people don't get a videographer for their wedding as it was such a special experience to rewatch our day through the eyes of our guests. My sister used Graham a few years ago, and I will be recommending Graham to every future bride and groom. His work is stunning, he doesn't interfere or get in the way, and he adds special touches that make the video even more fun to watch. Thank you so much Graham!!

While he was panicking on the phone trying to find someone who knew a videographer, I did a Yelp search and decided to call Bay Tiger. I explained our "emergency" to Ken when he answered the phone. He said he could probably help us so I handed the phone over to my husband. They quickly worked out the details and agreed on a budget, at which point Ken abandoned his Sunday workout, got in the car and made it to Menlo Park in time to shoot the film that was needed. He also did some quick turnaround editing-as in overnight. While I didn't interact with him beyond the initial phone contact, my husband said that he was extremely professional and very good at what he does. I was tremendously impressed that not only did he answer his phone on a Sunday, he was willing to turn his day upside down to accommodate our request.

This past June 8th, we finally had the opportunity to hire and work with Ken, as it was our company's 3 Year Anniversary Party at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Video is a huge part of our vibe, as people from around the world need to see what all this hype is about. Ken certainly captured our day in review perfectly. He put more time and effort into it than we could have imagined. He was well-underpaid for his work ethic, production, shooting capabilities and editing. What Ken is excellent at is reading our vibe...our feel...and making sure we, the customer, are very happy with the output. Video is our best source of marketing and Ken has put together our best marketing piece yet. I am safe and relieved to say, we have found our man!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Ken for any event you may have, as he will give you quality shots, great energy, excellent editing and a heart to make sure you are happy with the final piece. Thanks Ken!!! Until our next shoot!!! Matt
