Zane and Logan were wonderful, respectful and explained the process to me. There were no red flags - others wanted a fee for private cremation but if you wanted to observe the chamber they then asked for an additional $350 for that. Logan did a wonderful job with the clay paw prints. Everything about them made me feel like I was in good hands. I actually chose to drive to their location and it was worth the 1-hour one-way trip! The vet thoroughly explained everything she was doing and urged us to take as much time as needed. Our dog's passing was completely peaceful and we were comforted that his suffering was over. The doctor handled his body so respectfully as she tucked him under a blanket in a basket to take him for cremation.
