I had the chicken taco, and also the oyster taco. They were decent, though nothing extraordinary. I did notice, though, that the chicken was just sitting out on a tray, uncovered, which I didn't love--it felt a bit careless. Other items were covered, so it stood out. Overall, I might return, but that chicken situation left me a bit uneasy. The gentleman that was taking orders / prepping food was nice.

Pupusas are huge and on the thinner side, less dense which I found easier to eat. So good. One order included two huge pupusas, and it was a nice, filling, but not overwhelming snack. Got the chicken and cheese, which had a puréed filling. I think food is made to order, and while we waited, we saw someone making them from scratch. You can taste the love in it! Staff was friendly and helped us decide what to order. Would definitely come again.

We were immediately greeted by Oliver, whose positive attitude was just as addictive as the chips, salsa and black bean dip. His sense of humor had us rolling and he customized a delicious queso fundido for us with queso, shredded chicken and veggies that we have trademarked "Michaela." The Benjamin shrimp tacos were outstanding. As were the chicken street tacos. This is the best Mexican restaurant we have ever experienced and we are representing three states. Anxious to try this location after the killer burger I had at the Biloxi location…read more Happily greeted by the hostess and pleasantly seated right away. We beat the Sunday church crowd by about 30 minutes. I decided to try the "Nola" burger (listed as the same blend I had at other locations) topped with blackened shrimp and creamy sauce. I ordered my burger medium well. I usually go with medium, but this being a beef and sausage blend patty, I like it over 150 internal. My burger came to the table RARE at best. Took one bite and immediately saw red...in the patty. To their credit, they re-fired and served me a well done burger pretty quick. The patty was all beef and not a touch of seasoning or salt. The cream sauce was a savior, it was nice and flavorful though partly broken. It did not make up for this (now) overdone and flavorless burger patty. The shrimp were fantastic, especially dipped in this Cajun cream sauce. Then I paid witness to something I have never encountered. The hosts tried to seat a party with a person in a wheelchair, in an end booth. Obviously, they immediately protested and had to explain why they couldn't be seated in a booth. They were quickly moved to a table...but this just shook me on how either untrained or uneducated folks can be when it comes to disabled. Shake it off, back to the review. The fries were delicious and hot, just like the ones at the other locations. I think maybe they make their own ranch dressing, it was killer with my piping hot and crispy fries. The Bloody Mary was OK, glass rim was seasoned but spilled all over the napkin upon arrival. Service was friendly and adequate but otherwise unimpressive, had to call server over for the burger issue. If I had not have had such a flavorful burger at the other location, I probably would not have been as disappointed with this one. May give another try at this location, but will probably defer to the other location given the choice.
