Highly recommend you save your time and find someone else. They do offer a wide range of services and amazing price but is too good to be true and don't get to all the things they promise. The lady that cleaned did do a great job with the portion she did do. I was excited to work with them but ultimately disappointed. They are extremely tardy or no show week after week and over promise. I tried to be understanding but found out very quickly that the owner Joel has the largest playbook for excuses. I'm sure he will respond to this saying that they have windows of arrival and more excuses etc. about why this account went south and that he tried to make it right. But all he did was make more promises he never kept and as he clearly outlined in a series of uncalled for aggressive, unprofessional texts (swearing) at my husband that he had no intention of ever coming. (Have screen shots to back it up if he denies). I would like to also add the large window of arrival was never explained to me when I booked over the phone and we had an agreed upon time and was a complaint of mine week after week. Used Joel and Christina for a couple months for my airbnb. Worst cleaners I've ever had. We had a checklist that they flat refused to follow, saying their own list worked better... then would miss over half the things we requested (that they acknowledged and agreed to). I'll talk about just a couple reasons we decided to find someone else, but know that there are more reasons than you could count. First, one day they said they could not get all the linens done in time (which was false, because I've done the same number of loads in less time when I was cleaning the place)​. They asked if they could take a load of linens to their place to wash and bring back to time. I agreed. They never returned the linens. After we stopped using them, I contacted them several times asking to meet for them, willing to go out of my way to retrieve them and they were always somehow unavailable at the last minute. Those linens were worth a couple hundred dollars, but call it shrinkage I guess. Next issue. We had scheduled them to come out over a week in advance. Day of at 3:00 PM (they said they would be there by 11 AM), I see that no one has entered the house. The lock is electronic and sends an alert to my phone telling me when someone is there. I had guests arriving at 4:00 PM and this had been communicated to Joel. I called him to ask why they weren't there yet. He was very clearly under the influence when I picked up. I chose to ignore it. I arrived at the house an hour later, just as he finally pulled in. My guests, who were from out of state visiting a very sick relative, had to wait over 3 extra hours before they could check in. Finally, another weekend, I ran by the house to drop something off and noticed none of the beds had pillows or comforters on them. All the pillows were stuffed in the closets. The comforters were all dirty in a pile in the laundry room (which is detached from the house and has a dirty floor). A load of soaking laundry sat in the washer. It was a Sunday. Joel had been there Friday. I had guests coming Monday. I called Joel to ask what was going on and he said they were planning on coming back. No, you weren't. It had been two days. The laundry was putrid. The beds were unmade. Nothing had been cleaned. I personally cleaned the whole place and Joel had the audacity to give me a half refund. Half. When they had not done 10% of the work. Whatever you do, don't use these people. They will not come when promised, won't do what was promised, and will charge you without having done the work. read more

Joel came today and did an excellent job cleaning my parents house. Th cleaning was very thorough and well done. He rectified the issue and talked to my dad and came early today and did another excellent cleaning job! We are very happy with his work. read more

He is not insured to do any jobs other then clean he took on project for my bathroom tile messed plumbing up had to hire a plumber to fix it and proceeded to give me insurance info knowing he was not covered 7 days without my bathroom and still didn't finish. read more
