I wanted to come back and update my review. The wife (Lauren) reached out to me to discuss my…read morereview. After going over the events of that day, she offered to come back and re-do the service. I agreed. Lauren returned and apologized again. She took her time, and the service was much better than the last visit. She appears to take pride in her work. I think they need to re-evaluate their pricing, or base it off of how dirty the house is. I believe they could really grow their business this way. I messaged them on Monday and they were quick to call me back. I was told that for the first visit they required a "deep clean". I asked about baseboards and they said it was an $20. I was fine with that. I was quoted $300 with tax if I pre-paid. I agreed and we booked the deep cleaning for Thursday. When Scotty arrived he told me his wife was sick and it would just be him. I offered to re-book if he needed to take care of her. He declined. He was here less than 2 hours for a "deep clean". The island or countertops were not touched and the baseboards didn't looked like they had been touched. The fridge wasn't wiped down and the counter around the stove wasn't cleaned. For $300 I'm extremely disappointed. I don't even think he changed out the water when he mopped the floors (my entire house is hardwood and tile in the bathroom). The shower door wasn't cleaned there was still soap scum on them. He offered to come back and clean it, but I had already cleaned everything he didn't. He did admit he "forgot to clean the countertops and island". He also offered 20% refund which I didn't decline or accept (but never received). I was extremely disappointed.

When I spoke to Ashley on the phone about coming I explained what I wanted done. I had all the supplies ready when they arrived! I couldn't see what they were or weren't doing. because at the time I was confined to the couch nursing a dislocated broken ankle and leg. What I found was layers of dust ,my walls were streaked, the shower hadn't hadn't been cleaned, my kitchen cabinets were still dirty, the oven exterior was sill dirty and I think one of worst things that happened was when they left Ashley said her friend had spilled a bottle of Pine-Sol and they had cleaned it up. They didn't! They wiped it up, but it had so much cleaner on it the floor was streaked and sticky. Now for some advise. In the beginning I was quoted a price. By the time they left, the original price had grown by 121.00. If you hire these women get everything in writing before they start!

The bath vent install was OUTRAGEOUS! It was not connected…read moreto the attic vent. Even worse, it was filled with drywall chalk dust that was spraying into the bathroom when the heater was on. I had this verified by a local professional company which provided me with photos. I could not trust Rylynn to fix it, so I had it replaced by the other company and asked Rylynn to refund the money. Rylynn refused at first (with insults about my integrity) and finally offered to refund the money if I signed a legalese release. Having lost all confidence in the integrity of Rylynn (some details follow), I offered a reasonable revision of the release which Rylynn refused. Some details: The whole bath remodel experience was long and agonizing, and I am only including two things here. 1. The Rylynn workers lied when they told me the debris was cleaned up from my crawl space. 2. Rylynn workers returned (2-3 times) to fix a water leak I found in the crawl space. They finally fixed it when my son told them what to do. I am an old man who knows what it means to show respect to others. Also, I am a veteran and know how to do a good job. Note: I posted this on 1-20-26. the job was done about May 2025.
