We had purchased our Kenmore refrigerator about 10 years ago and he explained it wasn't easy to get parts. He did try replacing one part as we really didn't want to purchase a new one if it could be avoided. Unfortunately that didn't work. He was really upfront that it would be best to get a new refrigerator vs. spending more time and money on a fix. He probably came out to our house 3 or 4 times and didn't charge us more than the diagnostic fee. I thought was incredibly fair since he spent so much time trying to remedy the problem. Chris is very trustworthy. 5 +++ stars!

After the repair, the fridge still leaked and frosted. After investigation on my part, I found that the temperature was not cold enough and needed to refill freon which was quoted at 800 dollars. I agreed and after three weeks, I found another person to do the freon for 300 bucks. Chris did respond after I texted with updates saying someone was out of town and when he return, could do the work. Extremely unhappy that this could not be resolved after paying so much for apparently a simple repair.

I called and they were friendly and helpful, giving solid advice and offering to have my flyers printed the next morning, even though it was less than an hour until their closing time. When I picked up the flyers I was blown away. SO much nicer than any I've ever had printed. Really high quality printing, color depth, and paper quality. I can't wait to get them out! I then came back for business cards when I realized I didn't have enough for an event coming right up. They offered important guidance on the printing files and printed them same day; they turned out great. I admit that I, like so many people, often turn to online services these days. But working with Business with Pleasure was the perfect reminder that good humans are still out there actually answering their phones, doing high quality work, and providing the kind of service that automation simply cannot replicate. I'll be coming back to BWP for all of my printing needs from now and and recommending them to friends and colleagues. Five stars plus!
