His turnaround is quick and gets knives nice and sharp. He re-glued the handle of one of my knives…read morefor a very reasonable fee, too! He also has a bunch of other services like rounding the spine, too, which is a nice little improvement if you pinch-grip. Definitely thinking of having him do our knives from now on, so long as he's around in the area.

I took 3 chefs knives to be sharpened on a Wednesday afternoon. My knives are relatively nice…read more(~$200 price range each) and were in good quality, just dull (no chips, rusting, etc). William's mother greeted me, took my knives, and reminded me of the price range per knife. On Friday morning, I got a text that my knives were ready and confirming the final price. Pick up was quick and easy, and the knives are well sharpened. Two of my knives are polished to a shiny finish, and William was able to maintain that shine. The knives cut so much better now, and I'm sure I'll be back in the future. A few notes - the gate to the backyard is in the cul de sac (not the main street that the front door is on), so when you send the text letting them know that you've arrived, they'll meet you at that side gate. They only accept cash or Venmo. They don't give you the final price or pickup time until the work is done, I think because William needs to assess the knives. The price felt fair to me given the quality of work, just something to be aware of!

I can't believe this is the first time I've visited this business and I can't be more pleased with…read morethe quality of service and pricing. I had a specialty vegetable cleaver that I needed repaired and sharpened. It had been used by someone to cut something they shouldn't have and there was a nice chunk missing. I brought it into the store and dropped it off. It was ready in a matter of days and the price was more than reasonable, despite them having to do some extra work to get rid of the chip. What j I appreciate it is that they did the repair in a manner that maintained the integrity of the Knife when they could've just had their way with it. I wouldn't have known the difference. They also have a nice variety of kitchen accessories and I was able to pick up a knife sheath to protect everyone from the now razor Sharp clever. It's nice having a local business that does quality work and took the time to explain my options and what was done. They deserve 6 out on f 5 stars!

Oh Eden, this review is LONG overdue. Have you ever become hyper fixated on a new hobby? Well, that…read morehobby has been cooking for the LOML. He came home with money burning a hole in his pocket, and the desire to own a chef grade knife. So, we walk in on New Year's Eve eve. Yes, you read that right, the day BEFORE New Year's Eve after going from Asian market to Home Goods, and any possible place to find a better knife than the under 100 cheap, not very well taken care of knives that we own. There were many questions, and Eden patiently, and ENTHUSIASTICALLY educated us, for over an hour about knives. Knives forged in Japan by old sword makers, knives blacksmithed by specialty metalists. There wasn't a detail he couldn't say, but most importantly, he was just PASSIONATE about his craft. We returned the following day and bought a VERY expensive knife. It's everything my beau dreamed of and more. And the amount of knowledge he spread in that interaction was something that I knew needed to be recognized. So thank you for that. The person who ended up making the sale was not at all on your level, but friendly enough. Thank you Eden for reminding me of how important it is to work at a job you truly enjoy.
