And they did not touch one single thing - they did not tighten up one single thing. They only installed the bike chain. When I dropped the bike off, the service was outstanding. When I picked the bike up the person at the desk (who I paid) was outright hostile towards me. announced to everyone in the store that it was just a cheap electric bike after I asked them why nothing was tightened up.
