Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. When I first came in, Royce asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. I told him I wasn't a biker and didn't know much about bikes, and he immediately knew what would work best for me. He put me on a hybrid, and it ended up being the perfect bike for what I needed. The price was also very affordable. Royce told me that if I wasn't satisfied or if anything happened, I could come back and they would take care of me. They absolutely lived up to their word. I've had the bike for about six months now. I had a flat and they replaced the inner tube at no charge. Then I had a minor crash that was completely my fault, and Royce literally took the bike apart, fixed the bends, checked the gears and brakes, and made sure everything was safe, all at no charge. That kind of customer service is hard to find. The entire staff is amazing, super friendly, and truly cares about their customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bike. I'm already thinking about my next bike with them! If you're looking for a great bike and a shop that actually stands behind their customers, I highly recommend them!

This dealership is sketch and should be shut down for their predatory sales practices…read more Saw some great deals on some 2025 CFMoto machines and reached out. After several calls and talking to two different sales team members (Adam and then Amber), no call back. I think this dealer regularly lists machines at ridiculously low prices that they don't have in stock. You can tell because they put a bogus inventory number instead of an actual inventory number. This occurs on all their "promotions" and when people call them on it, they ghost them. Why would you have over 6 machines listed at great deals but when someone calls, none are available? At the end of the day, I don't need a machine. It was a good deal so I was going to buy one for a business write off. Even drove down from PA to VA. I highly recommend DC Mobility; it is the best mobility scooter rental company I have ever worked…read morewith. Their rental prices are extremely reasonable. They also deliver and pick up, also for a very reasonable price. I have previously rented scooters in the DC area, Atlanta, Edison NJ , and Cleveland, so I have a very decent idea of what is out there. Nav and Anupam, the owners, have just started their business a month ago, and provide exemplary service and brand new scooters. Their prices are far better than other companies I have rented from this past year. So here's the background on my rental: I needed a mobility scooter for an event at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, and I called them after they had closed the night before. Nav called me back promptly on Friday morning, and we made arrangements for me to pick up my scooter that afternoon. Because I needed it just for one day on the weekend, and I own a trailer for my business, I picked up the scooter from them on Friday afternoon, and returned it on Saturday late afternoon. They were extremely accommodating, and wonderfully kind. I had a long is chat with Anupama on Saturday, when I returned the scooter. They have just opened their business because there was nothing in the immediate vicinity, and he wanted to help out people in the community. Terrific Scooters, lovely people, and wonderful service. What more could you ask for?

He said I'll be at your house in 30 min and he was! He unloaded my furniture and took away a smaller dresser I didn't want any more. He was so nice! He aimed to please and was just an all around good human. :) It was meant to be that I found what I needed and he happened to be there that day.
