The roof was dirty & the ends of some of the tiles were filthy. I sent three photographs along with a text message to him on November 10th, 2020 since he claimed his work was guaranteed for two years but never received a response. I called him on November 16th, 2020 and he later contacted me that day. Needless to say, seven months later, Zach explained he wouldn't come out to pressure clean the roof of which I was originally told there was a two year guarantee. It was at that point, Zach informed me he would come out and pressure clean the ends of the tile and I declined. Zach explained he would pressure clean the roof if I received a letter from the HOA. Not exactly sure how to word it, but that that was never spelled out or clarified in our original conversation. I find it to be poor business practice and place fault with any owner of any company for failing to disclose or clarify what will and will not be covered within the two year time frame.

We booked last minute and they were awesome. They were fast to respond, easy to arrange a time, and answered our questions. Our friends place was a 799 ish square feet apartment with 2 bathrooms, 1 bed kitchen + small patio. We decluttered majority of the counters and space ahead of time. So that the focus could be on the bathrooms and vacuuming and mopping the floors. For this job, there was 1 cleaner who came with all the supplies. He was courteous and on time and pleasant to work with. We spoke briefly in the beginning what we needed/expectations and he got straight to work. For the 2 hours he did a great job, and I was able to run errands as well. Overall I recommend them for residential or commercial cleaning and would book again if I am in the area.

I purchased a groupon from this company about a month ago. After purchase i had some questions so…read morethought I would contact the company. I tried to contact them one time a day for a week (phone call, text messages and emails) with no response. The best i received was a text message stating some one would contact me soon. I called groupon who walked me through the process of booking an appointment. Keep in mind no one from the company ever contacted me as the appointment was made online. My appointment was for today at 8 am. The company is very good about sending out automated emails about your appointment as I received an email probably once a day confirming the appointment. I am home today expecting them. It is now 11 am and no one showed up or called or contacted me in any way. I called groupon to see what they can do and they've escalated my case but I won't receive a reply for 2-3 days. At this point i'm home waiting for someone that i guess is not coming. I've called the company twice this morning with no response from them and have turned to giving them a bad review to try and save others. Sad to say i also had other work i would have liked them to do. I would give them zero stars if i could.

We had an issue in our master bedroom where the linoleum was bubbling up. Mark came in and assessed the situation and gave a fair quote to simply repair the previous installation (From another company). Mark then proceeded to take off the baseboards to level out the bubbling floors bit to his surprise the problem would not go away. He then pulled up additional pieces and confirmed there was an underlying wood floor that was saturated with water and completely with mold. This was an issue my wife and I were not expecting but Mark offered to pull up the molded floor and treat the room for mold. We bought Luxury Vinyl Tile and Mark offered to redo all the additional work without charging more for removing the mold and affected material. We were absolutely amazed and happy with his professionalism and attention to detail as he made a completely disastrous situation a blessing.

We were told how the crew would come in a do demo and be finished within a month. The only crew was himself. He took 3 months to complete the work. He constantly lies. He will also charges you for items that you assumed were included in the cost such as nails, garbage bags, materials used on his equipment.
