Rainshield was recommended by another contractor for their quality and efficient work ethic. Upon calling them they arrived the following day for an estimate and provided various solutions to our water draining issues. A cost efficient solution was decided upon and they were back before the end of the week to complete the project. My husband, myself and our fencing contractor (who was working simultaneously on the property) were shocked at their quickness. They were in and out within 2 hours. We love our new gutters and are happy to see our draining has significantly improved since their installations. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

Sunshine State Water Restoration handled the entire remediation from start to finish -- full removal of the contaminated materials, new insulation, new drywall installation, priming, and final painting. Mario and his team were professional, communicative, and clearly experienced with this type of remediation work. They properly contained the work areas, protected our floors and furniture throughout the process, and even took care of extra details like the baseboards. The end result looks fantastic, and the whole experience was much smoother than I expected given the scope of the damage. Highly recommend this company for anyone dealing with mold, contamination, or water damage remediation.

There was a leak in the upstairs condo water supply line. Two unit owners involved, as a wall in my closet had to be opened to fix his leak. :-) We agreed and the work began. The leak was quickly fixed. Since the wall was opened, the workers replaced my unit's water shutoff valve and relocated it to a more convenient location. They repaired and patched the wall they opened and vacuumed up the water in my carpeting. The price was fair (but they do not accept credit cards).

I was given the name of the management number so i could call myself. Called that number several times. No answer. Left voicemail. No return call. For some reason, a manager called last week. Told me my issue was on their "priority list" and they had to wait for a couple of dry days so someone could repair the roof. We've had a bunch of dry days. No one comes or calls.
