We were so lucky here…read morecause we had minimal gutter damage but my neighbors on both sides had extensive house damage when large oak trees had crashed through their roofs and south down Mears it was just devastating. Called Shepherd Shoreline and Jaylyn (sp?) and Adam replaced gutters and downspouts and did a beautiful job. The gutters work so well (old ones had leaked in spots) and made this old house look incredible and they took all the old parts away. So called em again when the old, heavy, wooden garage door got to be almost impossible for me to open and I know they were still busy repairing and replacing wind damaged homes but they came out and put in a new door that looks clean and neat and opens at the touch of a button every time. Plus Tony and Garrett (sp?) took all the old nasty parts away and cleaned up the joint. Can't say enough 'bout Shepherd Shoreline. . . but wait I think their prices are very reasonable and I am so glad I called them a couple Junes ago. Thank ;you. ksh

They not only didn't showed up either day, no one ever called us to cancel. Twice when we called them we were told they'd get back to us that day and we never heard back...that day or ever after.   I'd have understood if they never intended to do anything until after the holidays, but wish they had just said so from the start, instead of lying and repeatedly ghosting us.

Didn't work, so off to "customer service" so to speak. fifteen to twenty minutes waiting for customer service. Then trying their best another ten to fifteen minutes. I'm not sure if I received 20% or not but I was reassured just check your card on line. I did get a discount after checking online because they couldn't give me a receipt. I think someone needs to tell Lowes that other stores sell all the same stuff.
