I tend to be someone who either wants to exercise (boot camp, body pump, boxing) or meditate (sit on a cushion), but this class actually combined the two well. I did not realize that was possible. I also like that the class was a full two hours. I also felt that I learned a lot, despite having done yoga fairly regularly for over a year now. I feel so grateful for this experience. It's not for everyone. There was a great deal of sitting, group participation, and patience required. The agenda is pretty full and subject to change, so not a lot of downtime, but that is what you came for. The food was delicious and all vegetarian. There is no alcohol and no alcohol allowed on premises; not a complaint just a disclosure. Whether you are new to the practice or consider yourself an expert, I think you will gain something from this place. If you're ready to go inside and you are not afraid of what you might find, I highly recommend Setu Vermont.
