Not really impressed with this location. The facility is extremely large and the flow is decently…read moreset up. They don't seem to have enough staff as compared to other locations I've been to. The restrooms and changing rooms are a train wreck. Floor is in the workout room. Also need to be serviced. Most locations have a floor cleaner, but no idea if these do. In addition, their circuit area is not set up as other locations. Strangely, they have their circuit "stoplight " placed in a separate room, which makes no sense. It easily could be moved to the location where the circuit training equipment is placed. Corporate should come by and evaluate their set up. The flow is not very good. They do, however, have a great deal of Smith benches and plate weights, which is helpful.

Then received a 20 dollar late fee, today I wake up to a 45.00 charge to my credit card 25 for the monthly and 20 for a late fee. First thing they charged my card today the 23rd why didn't they charge my card on the 17th wait I know why they wanted a late fee that wasn't even due. When I signed up I clicked on the Raymond NH store, for some reason I was put in Keene NH store. Called customer service nothing they can do need to contact the home store. Called the home store Manager is out all week. Called the Raymond store they said nothing they can do. Called back the Keene store and spoke to the assistant Manager who was very professional and tried to help the best she could but couldn't get any answer from the people she was trying to contact either. Called back the Raymond store to switch back to them and was told I have to wait 90 days because I signed up to the Keene location which I clicked on Raymond Store. I was warned the billing is a nightmare from former Planet fitness members but went ahead anyways, Lesson learned. Not a good look at all. Be warned.
