Not really impressed with this location. The facility is extremely large and the flow is decently…read moreset up. They don't seem to have enough staff as compared to other locations I've been to. The restrooms and changing rooms are a train wreck. Floor is in the workout room. Also need to be serviced. Most locations have a floor cleaner, but no idea if these do. In addition, their circuit area is not set up as other locations. Strangely, they have their circuit "stoplight " placed in a separate room, which makes no sense. It easily could be moved to the location where the circuit training equipment is placed. Corporate should come by and evaluate their set up. The flow is not very good. They do, however, have a great deal of Smith benches and plate weights, which is helpful.

I'm feeling much better after working out for several months again. My only criticism is with the Lunk head stuff which seems geared towards shaming the male of the species of gym rats. The funny thing is it's the ladies who are usually abusing the dress code, which is "no spaghetti straps, torn gyms or sandals. I really don't need to see anyone in bra tops weight training! This isn't a yoga studio, dance studio, muscle gym, or pole gym, all of which I've taught at! I get it, you want to show off your abs.... I guess what I'm saying is take down the stupid lunk head sign if you're not going to enforce the dress code, or tell people to put their shirts back on. Either be everything gos, or don't! The other nuisance is people being on their phones and hogging benches and equipment! I go to the gym to do the work, then get out of there. These types of people also sometimes don't bother wiping the equipment they use after either, which is also inconsiderate. Besides the few antisocial nubes, most everyone else is cool and considerate.
