We hired two sitters on two different days and they were both absolutely wonderful!! Kaja seems to have such a great network of sitters because the minute each sitter walked in I felt at ease and comfortable with them. They were super competent and reliable and thought of fun games with my toddler while also having experience caring for my infant. I will definitely use Snappy Sitters on future trips to Bend!!

Releasing a child to a parent who isn't signed on a contract while failing to answer repeated calls from the contracted parent. Resulting in child being whisked way for a week to unknown destination or knowing the well being of my child. AAW further failed to even own up or apologize. Questionable billing statements and contrived fees. Poor food quality. Violating Hippa law, discussing billing matters with people other than the contracted parties I have found the owner and daughter to be repeatedly dishonest. I was called to pick my son up due to throwing up. They didn't tell me he had been pushed and hit the back of his head Then started throwing up. Lastly, We showed up at opening to find the owner passed out on the floor. Nice! They may be cheap but as it goes, you sure do get what you pay for. I also discovered I'd been over paying totaling $880.00 in child care fees to which the owner, Shana naturally refuses to refund.

So, in total she recived $465 from us without providing her sevices. In just 90 days by the way. I feel as if she is taking advantage of lower middle class families in the worst way.
