I'm originally from Germany and we have Kebab-places there in every street, so I'm usually quite prejudiced against these places abroad already. What I can say is that the meat is extraordinary and the herbs and spices give it the perfect aroma. I never had such a good meat before in a kebab. The bread is self made and baked in a stone oven. It is a really good portion to eat. With the meat comes lettuce, tomatoes, olives, red cabbage, a chili and onions. Also you get 2 sauces in a separate bowl, so you can basically create the kebab yourself. There is rarely fat dropping from the kebab and all the ingredients are pickled and don't just come plain. The whole restaurant looks very clean inside. It also seems to be refurbished not that long time ago. If I could I would rate this place with 100 stars. If you like Kebab, there is no better place in Dublin. Trust me, I tried them all.

The chicken was cooked to perfection it wasn't dry like other places., it was juicy and seasoned to perfection. I end up eating there like 4/5 times in that week I was there . Now I went back to visit my family again and besides missing my family I was missing Pasha's amazing food so of course I went back and had couple of lunches and dinners though the few days I spend in Dublin. Staff is nice and friendly. You guys should go check them out. I wish I lived closer to this amazing place but I'm like thousands and thousands miles away from them.

Located near St. Stephen's Green, I stumbled upon it while famished and searching for lunch. Western Europe tends to have a large number of Turkish kebab spots and this is really no different but I will give them some points for having a catchy name and good signage. Kebabs are the European version of fast food and is especially convenient for lunchtime takeaway. That is what I typically get but this place had other items on the menu too including Fish and Chips, Pizzas, etc. I noted that they were hand-tossing dough to order for their Kebab wraps and their pizzas so this is so much better than what we tend to see for fast food lunch options in the USA. There are only about 5 tables in the place so if you eat in, don't be a jerk and monopolize a table for a long time. Stuff your pie hole and move out. Better yet, take away and go to St. Stephen's Green across the street for a park bench setting to enjoy your lunch. If you go between noon-7p, they have meal specials that come with chips and a beverage. If you are a moron like me, you miss the sign and order a Doner Kebab and a drink and miss the meal deal and end up paying about an extra 1€. The guys working the place are polite, they get your order right (I asked for extra chili and peppers), and they know how to move a crowd. While I was in there about 25 people followed me in and slammed them with lunch orders but they kept up with the pace and got everyone taken care of in a timely way. The food was exactly as you would expect. Look at the photos and it tastes as good as it looks and all for under 7€ in general. The salad toppings are very fresh and the meat is shaved to order and not slowly dying and going limp under a heat lamp as I have seen at some other Kebab houses. I enjoyed my lunch there and am going to go back to grab another one to stick in my hotel cooler for my jet-lag middle of the night snack when I wake up around 1 am as is my usual Europe habit. It's not fancy, it's not trendy, it's not hip. But it is inexpensive by European standards, tasty, and filling. It is a no-brainer for 4 stars from me.

During our research before we left we saw a video talking about Bunsen. Just seeing the high quality of the ingredients made it one of our must try stops in Dublin. As we do when traveling, we start and end the day eating throughout the day. We popped into Bunsen to finally try the legendary burger around 4:30 pm. Because we were there at such an odd hour, we were the only people there. When you visit Ireland, the pub culture is real and most pubs start to get quite busy around 5:30 pm. Since Bunsen isn't a pub and wasn't located in a particularly touristy area , it didn't surprise me they were empty at that time of day. What stuck out the most at first was the super friendly service right from the door. We were sat at a small banquet of tables against the wall and checked out the menu from QR code link on the table. We were there for their original burger so that is what we ordered. No sides and water to drink. I couldn't be filling up too much yet. It was pretty early after all and we had a lot of places to stop yet. The menu isn't huge. They focus on doing one thing well and keep it at that. I like a restaurant that doesn't try to be everything. Our burger came out within 10 min and it was juicy, hot and fresh. Presented beautifully wrapped. We shared this one burger because, we knew we had lots of food to eat later. Immediately after eating the last bite I wanted to order another. It was really that good. Such perfection! This will be the burger I compare all others in Ireland to.
