He has stacks of files on the kitchen table, but he isn't actually involved in any current cases. 25 years ago, this was a nice man and a good lawyer. Not now. He took my money, never filed, was impossible to get a hold of and was also having health issues, supposedly. I found out later about a site called Pacer.gov, a site you can look up cases. This is where i found out he never filed my case as well as the cases he's had that weren't finished. I was at the court house this week, meeting with creditor trustee and when asked if anyone Owed me money, i said yes. My lawyer explained the issue and when he said Mr. Fenelon's name, the trustee's response was "oh him? Figures". Yikes, he doesn't even have good rapport there either. So beware, he's nothing more than a shyster. He talks a great game till he gets your money and then he'll disappear. Compared to the way he once was is like comparing Abe Lincoln to Rob Blagojevich.
