Faden builders completed building a dock for me march 2015. They charged me $47,000 for it. I contacted the company and owner Todd Faden who returned my call on 10/13/21, stating there is nothing he will do. He refused to even come look at it. On the phone conversation he added we are full of work for 1 year and we will not be able to do anything about it plus added he will not paying for anything. I was given no options for a resolution. based on the amount I spent and the expectancy of docks being 15 years on average. I feel company should be responsible for appropriate repair of the problem. When the rebuild started there was a change of hands in the project manager and the crew. No one did the work to understand where it started and did not ask qualified questions going forward. The end result was less than sub par. Shame on me for signing off. There was still work to be done afterwards so there was no value in their work. Do not ever consider them.
