And that's the story: they DID NOT CLOSE ON TIME. I almost lost my first home because of Chase. My boyfriend has a similar wallet so i touched it to give it to him but realized it didn't open the same so i placed it back and apologized to banker bc she gave me a mean look. Very loudly she says "for your information I did not let my customer leave her wallet here" and I'm so confused because I'm like why is she yelling at me for something I didn't do? Why would I bring her customers wallet back into that room and not tell her "i found this outside"but we both saw it OPEN laying neatly in front of us on her desk. She absolutely went nuts for no reason. I hope I don't get accused of anything in the meantime unprofessional and lack of awareness at best in this location.
