Why would I bring her customers wallet back into that room and not tell her "i found this outside"but we both saw it OPEN laying neatly in front of us on her desk. The tellers look at you crazy if u give them too much money as if they don't know how to count or something just make you feel awkward. Another time I was there and there was about 10 people in line and the manager was just looking at everybody just not even helping the other teller speed up the line. They just suck here smh

This is a very very big Chase branch. It's one of those large roman looking buildings with big…read morecolumns in the front. It's on the corner so it's easy to find. Parking: There is a parking deck behind the Chase branch used for the stores in the area. You can park in the designated spots for Chase parking for a limited time. There are also drive through kiosks right next to the parking deck where you can take care of buisness in your car. As you walk out of the parking deck and onto the street, you will see a door you can access with your Chase Debit card to the ATM only. The Chase branch itself is on the corner of the street and you have to keep walking to it. (I made the mistake of trying to find the Chase branch where the ATM was). Just keep walking! The branch inside is really nicely polished. The bankers are all very nice and friendly and they will help you with anything you need.
