I've had a lot of bank accounts in my time and at one point or another, all of them have sucked…read more They hit you with these crazy fees like "dog tax" or "just because we felt like charging you to have a bank account today." I hate that. Chase Bank has never done that. In fact, whenever I've had a problem, they've helped me figure out what to do next. The staff always welcomes you and they show you some easier ways to bank as well. Things that can be done through the ATM as opposed to waiting on line or using the in house kiosk, etc. I had lost my card a few times and it's always so easy to get a new one. I really appreciate them and like dealing with them. I wish all banks were Chase material.

For over 20 years the Lyndhurst branch has delivered the most helpful and personalized service that…read moreI've received from any bank (and I've lived in multiple states across the country) or other service provider for that matter. Where in today's world can you make a phone call and have something managed within minutes? Most banks don't remember your name or even know you as a person. Have used them for personal, business, auto and home (Home Equity LOC) related services. All documents for my LOC were submitted, processed, approved and the account activated within three business days. I've been approached many times over the years to change banks. Even though there is room for improvement in Valley's on line banking system to keep pace with larger national banks (i.e.: depositing checks with a pic and click of the phone app) , I would never trade the peace of mind of knowing if I needed something managed, even when traveling out of state and I can't get into a branch, it's done efficiently and pleasantly with one call. If you are looking for exceptional service this is the branch that consistently delivers!

As you walk out of the parking deck and onto the street, you will see a door you can access with your Chase Debit card to the ATM only.
