When we were done she runs up to us and says I left my wallet there but I didn't bring my wallet to the bank. Very loudly she says "for your information I did not let my customer leave her wallet here" and I'm so confused because I'm like why is she yelling at me for something I didn't do? Why would I bring her customers wallet back into that room and not tell her "i found this outside"but we both saw it OPEN laying neatly in front of us on her desk. She absolutely went nuts for no reason. I hope I don't get accused of anything in the meantime unprofessional and lack of awareness at best in this location. The tellers look at you crazy if u give them too much money as if they don't know how to count or something just make you feel awkward. This is a very very big Chase branch. It's one of those large roman looking buildings with big…read morecolumns in the front. It's on the corner so it's easy to find. Parking: There is a parking deck behind the Chase branch used for the stores in the area. You can park in the designated spots for Chase parking for a limited time. There are also drive through kiosks right next to the parking deck where you can take care of buisness in your car. As you walk out of the parking deck and onto the street, you will see a door you can access with your Chase Debit card to the ATM only. The Chase branch itself is on the corner of the street and you have to keep walking to it. (I made the mistake of trying to find the Chase branch where the ATM was). Just keep walking! The branch inside is really nicely polished. The bankers are all very nice and friendly and they will help you with anything you need.
