Their skill - by a team of at least 6 crew members- was phenomenal! They coordinated their work, took great care with our yard and fence, and took the trees down without any problems. They cleaned up beautifully and even came back another day to clean up some more. Eduardo and Liz, the co-owners, couldn't have been more responsive. They even plan on coming back in a few months to seed a few areas of lawn that were affected by their equipment. I can't recommend Luna enough!! When the work crew came out a week later, they got right to it. They did everything they said they would, and their clean-up was amazing. Even though I have woods in the back, they didn't throw a single twig back there. They hauled everything out to the chipper in the front. My lawn & driveway were pristine when they left. When we were ready to move forward, the company was backlogged longer than we could stand, so we called another firm, B & M Tree Service. The manager came out before 9 am the next day, and explained that the limbs were no threat or in any danger. He joked that he would take our money if we insisted, but the job was totally unnecessary. This level of integrity is worthy of public note. Neighbors have worked with B & M and note their good work. Hopefully, we won't need them, but we know who to call.
