KDF really ticks all of the boxes. Responsive, communicative and generally top tier customer service from start to finish. Precise and efficient work from a team that clearly works well together...they did exactly what they said they would. Very tidy clean-up. The price tag ultimately felt like really good value for everything they provide. We had a particularly complicated tree (very tall and right next to power lines and the house), and they were both willing to take on the challenge (unlike some other companies) and handled it perfectly. This is our second time using KDF to trim and clear trees both on our home property and a rental property. They have consistently been professional, helpful, and fair in pricing. It has been easy to get understandable quotes and the quotes were honored. They also noted which trees could wait for removal or didn't need to be removed. They have cleaned up afterwards, and left or taken wood as we asked. In short, it has been a pleasure dealing with them at every turn. It feels like they are an "old-school" company in that they offer excellent service at a fair price, communicate clearly and respectfully, do what they say they will do, and offer helpful advice and information in the process. If you're looking for a professional and reasonably priced tree and landscape service, look no further. Adam and the KDF crew showed up when they were scheduled to, completed the removal of a very large sugar maple in 5 hours, were cautious and completely dedicated to protecting themselves and my property. They did a fabulous cleanup when the job was done and even left some limbs for firewood! I can't recommend them highly enough. They scheduled appointments and showed up! They were in contact before arrival and were professional, friendly and courteous on the job. I was really concerned about having a huge crane in the driveway and stretched over my house, but didn't need to be. They were amazing! And they were reasonably priced! KDF Tree and Landscape LLC is a great company to work with. They are extremly fair with there pricing, very kind and curtious while working on your property, and they flat out do great work! They never leave mess, always clean up 100 percent even down to the saw dust! They do it all from take downs to prunes to stump grinding and plantings! This company is in my opinion the best tree service in the area, their professionalism is impeccable. Prompt and accurate. They call you back immediately and show up on time. I called other tree services in the area, and I am still waiting for the others to either call me back or submit a quote. I had numerous trees removed from my property by KDF, and when they were done, you couldn't even tell they were there.
