I hired them to do small brick repair and sealing around an area outside my home. The work was very…read moresloppy and I had to pay another service to come and redo the sealing work as Leeway left huge gaps and left a foam to harden very sloppily all over the woodwork. They essentially did not know how to do simple sealing and left a mess on my house and in my yard. Also this business apparently should not accept checks as they had a cash checking business calling me multiple times rather than going to the bank on which the check was drawn to cash the check. Apparently they can't deposit a check in their own checking account. I had not experienced this before and the company should simply require cash payment or go to the bank on which the check was drawn with identification rather than have an unscrupulous cash checking business contacting customers. The whole transaction was quite unprofessional and costly as I needed to hire someone else to scrap off the hardened foam from my home and then neatly seal the area.

Scheduling with Guardian was easy. Sales person - Brent was also very easy to work with and was very knowledgeable about their product/service. Guardian install crews are booked months in advance so we had to wait looking at our "rock solid" floor that was professionally screwed up for a while... The transformation is out of this world. We love the space now. All was done in a matter of 8 hours and we can start moving stuff in the next day!!! Pictures are worth a 1000 words though. Thank you Mike and Bryan for a stellar install!!!

It took me a little while to finally give him the approval to start. But he responded very quickly when we did approve, and he completed the work well beyond my expectations. He even found some cost savings for us while on-site by reusing some of the existing brick. Once we get the new brick work painted, it will be back to new. Highly recommend K&M Masonry. Very bad way to handle business!
