I live in North Carolina but was going to be up in Moscow, Pennsylvania in three weeks and wanted the job done then. Tom emailed me back instantly - I mean instantly. To my amazement he even wanted to talk to me about my unique needs so on Sunday night at 8:30 pm I'm talking to Tom about my parent's house. Nothing deterred Tom; he is an excellent communicator (I'm in the service industry and he is beyond the best I've seen); calling with updates and calling a couple days prior and calling the morning of the job, etc. The installation crew was fantastic, respectful and professional. Excellent experience all the way around. If you look at my reviews of other businesses you'll see I don't easily give rave reviews but NP Flooring represents a level of customer service that is vanishing across all industries. Call them - you will not be sorry.

The gentleman who handled the vacuums was personable knowledgeable and a down right joy. Ever since he retired several years ago down in Florida he remarked " what are you going to do now? Who's going to service your vacuum cleaners? You need a sweeper and a good Vacuum cleaner. Where are you going to get them? Where are you going to find such a place?" Well I can truly tell you we found such a place ...Bank's Vacuum Services. My sister and I were driving around in the area and by sheer luck we found a place. So we took our vacuum cleaners in and was met with one of the patrons of the place. Not only were they personable and friendly but they were very knowledgeable and managed to save us lots of money. If you're looking for a place to handle any and all vacuum cleaner needs give banks vacuum services a try. You will not go wrong. Family owned and maintained for several years should tell you that they're in the business to clean up (no pun intended).
