First thought was to go to Hyundai. I described the problem and they said they would be replacing the transmission as they do not do repair work and it would be about $7000. Keep in mind they hadn't even looked at it but there was a significant charge for even a code reader. I had already read mine and nothing was showing. I took it to A1 and Miguel said they would take a look at it. After taking it for a short drive the mechanic came back with his tablet and said it's nothing that a seven dollar can of Seafoam won't solve. I have a clogged injector. I used the seafoam and my car drives like new. There was no charge for the Diagnostic! I'm green when it comes to auto mechanics and could've easily been taken for a ride. This guy is so sorry, all he does is rob Peter to pay Paul. My husbands poor Chevy Nova has been sitting in pieces at this guys place for nearly 3 years. Everytime we would reach out to him he would assure us it was getting worked on. He had us pay upfront so we wanted to get our moneys worth, that's why we waited so long to pick it up. We came up and laid eyes on it multiple times and he would frantically tell us all the work he was about to do. We FINALLY picked it up from this loser today just to have it completely inoperable and in worse shape than it was when we brought it to him. Nearly 20 grand wasted. When my husband went up there recently, there was another man looking for him who he had done this same thing to. He was even more pissed than us. Hopefully this criminal gets what's coming towards him. Stay FAR AWAY.

We had used them before for another vehicle we own that was struck by a dump truck with a pup trailer. The repair work on the truck was great. This facility has an Enterprise right next door which made it easy to get a car rental until the repairs were completed. Crash Champions definitely has their act together. An agent had all our information beforehand and we went out and they marked up all that they thought needed to be done. Shelby, our main contact kept us informed by text or by phone call the progress every few days. They give you an expected date based on the parts and work that has to be done. It took almost a month to complete.I am an extremely picky person and wanted some parts of the door rebuffed. When it was done we retrieved my car and after doing a cleaning detail on the interior, noticed the inside of the door was missing some paint. I called and returned it and they had it done in a few hours. Shelby always called to let us know what was being done. I knew the parts might take time to get. I was worried that the paint wouldn't match because it it an older, yet beautiful vehicle. I hope I don't ever have to make another trip to have our vehicles repaired but people are so distracted while driving and even those that drive defensively don't have much of a chance anymore. Crash Champions, you definitely are excellent for what you do. Thank you!

I had a lot of work done here, including the AC, but still had the same issue afterward. Later I discovered that every AC component had been replaced except the actuators -- which turned out to be the actual problem. They also did my leaf springs and reinstalled the shocks, but failed to bolt the bottom bolts down. A brake chamber was installed incorrectly, with the brake hose rubbing on the frame. This eventually caused the hose to break, leading to a roadside breakdown. The problem I see here is a lack of attention to detail and rushing through jobs without truly diagnosing the issues. I also dealt with a third-party warranty company that required the shop's business license and certified mechanic certificates. The shop promised to provide these but never did. They kept saying their mechanics were certified but refused to prove it to the #Warranty company. I expected more -- especially since they always claimed they would "look after me" as a customer. In the end, when I pressed for the documentation, they simply said, "We don't have to'
