Finding anyone to do this is actually pretty difficult in Indy. I decided to check on Yelp to see if fabrication shops were listed. Thankfully Yelp produced some results. What caught my attention about JL Squared was their company information listed on Yelp as being woman-owned. I chatted with the owner and discussed what I needed. She was helpful and although the timeline was not workable due to time constraints from our contractor, if I need such services in the future, I will definitely check them out again!

I had several roofers and insulation companies look at it--some were confused and others flat-out refused to even give me an estimate because the job was too complicated. When Graham arrived, he diagnosed the issue immediately without me even having to explain. And he had done a handful before. From the start, Stephanie made the administrative side a breeze, and the crew--Curt, Jacob, Steve, Joe, Jack, Eddie, Seth, Dan, and Dayden--were absolute pros. They were kind, efficient, and went above and beyond, fixing small issues they spotted along the way at no extra charge. To top it off, they vacuumed and Swiffered so thoroughly that my house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Truly a top-tier company! Look no further.

This was a most disappointing experience. We engaged this company because they were listed on the…read moreTucker Home Services website which had always been a good source for us. The Tucker site showed that B Clean had won awards from them so we hired them to clean one floor of a new build house. This was a very expensive job but the owner, Bruce, assured me they were experienced with this and would do a good job. He came and looked at the house before he quoted his price, so he clearly understood the task at hand. The woman in the office was very polite and helpful in working us into their schedule to accommodate our needs. The people he sent were on time and very polite. They were hard workers but they overlooked some basic things, like the construction dirt in the window tracks (cleaning windows was an added charge we had paid) and they didn't clean parts of the floor. When the owner was questioned about this, he became very defensive and told us they weren't there to clean up the sub-contractors' mess. Well, I'm not sure why they were there to clean a new build if not to get rid of the mess that was there and that they saw before quoting a significant price to clean. The worst part of this experience was how rude the owner was. I was really surprised at the tone he used in an email he sent us. I appreciated he wanted to stand up for his employees. It was the approach he took which was very angry and way beyond what any reasonable person would expect. It told me everything I need to know about the B Clean company. We found another company to clean the rest of the house and reclean what we had paid B Clean to do. They did an incredible job. When that company came to see the property and provide a quote, they noticed (without us mentioning it) the dirt in the window tracks, surprised that it hadn't been done by the previous company. I didn't like having to waste our money with B Clean but maybe our experience will be helpful to you.
