When I told the person behind the counter, she slide a tyvek envelope over the express envelope and then CHARGED ME FOR IT! She didn't mention the charge, she didn't ask me if she could do it, she just did it. It's not my fault you chose the wrong envelope or didn't have non-express envelopes available. They also "need" your id in order to ship... which is weird because in the 30 something years Ive been using shipping services, this is a first. Now my info is being sold once again... seriously just a business selling everything they can, including your identity.
