Okay...so yeah...this is choice number 2 for my Pho, but the stars were a 4, so I decided to check these guys out. Got a boba drink...cuz why not? Although milk tea is not on the menu per se, it is available. So milk tea with boba. Cool beans! The server brings out this big cup of milk tea with the perfect ratio of tea to boba. Boba was a little soft for me, but it was still good. Spring roll time! I decided to get shrimp as the meat choice for the vermicelli rolls, and boy, they don't skimp on the shrimp! Hearty shrimps in the vermicelli spring rolls. A word of caution, pour the peanut sauce onto the spring roll. Do not try to dip because the shrimps are big and heavy and have a tendency to want to fall out. The rice paper is freshly made, the veggies are fresh, no old edges to the lettuce, noodles taste good. Hubby says the shrimps are high quality too. Peanut sauce has fresh crushed peanuts on top. Yum!! Also their menu item named spring roll is a tofu version of their vermicelli rolls. Combo Pho time! Just as an FYI, where I am from, combination pho means a combination of different beef meats to include tendon, tripe, beef balls, and steak. This combo pho has chicken, shrimp, beef balls, and steak. I am not complaining though. For me the essence of pho is in its broth, so gimme some good broth and all is forgiven! A lot of pho shops mess up so they have either too much MSG that I am dying of thirst by the end of my meal, or too watery, or too rich of a broth where they boiled off too much of the water and you end up thirsty. These guys got it right! Good amount of saltiness, good beef flavor, and I'm happy to say that one would not need to add anything to the soup because the broth is tasty by itself. Service was good. I love that they have tap to pay. The open until 9 pm is awesome, especially since I am from a different time zone and I haven't acclimated yet. Room for improvement? I would say maybe an option to have fresh pho noodle. They would win a 5th star from me...until then, 4 stars! read more

The price is good, I think it's mainly due to the portion size. Compared to other pho places I've been to, their soup and flavor is very similar. It's thick and not overpowering. Their beef pho tasted very authentic. I would pay extra for it to be a bigger bowl. The place is pretty new apparently, it was through driving by that I found it and being a pho snob, it was definitely a try for me. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to try pho for the first time in the area. The ambiance was tame, it was a place I can hear my peers without having to raise my voice. I've been spending more time in South KC/Lees Summit for work and as such, exploring food and drinks in that area. While scrolling through Yelp for a lunch spot on a rainy day, I stopped by Pho Noodle Go and feel like I've found quite the gem. There's nothing I don't love about this place! I've been twice already and can't wait to go back. I've only ordered takeout, but the process is streamlined with an iPad and comfy seating while you wait at the entrance. However, I'm looking forward to dining in - the restaurant is clean, cozy and includes spacious booths and tables. I've been on a huge tofu kick recently, so I ordered the Pho Tofu. The Pho broth is perfect, IMO, it's flavorful, not too sweet and the traditional spices show up even after a healthy dose of sriracha. And the serving size is incredibly generous - I think I got a whole block of tofu in mine. I like spice in that I can handle a lot of sriracha, but beware the house made chili sauce they give you. This was my first time trying Pho Noodle Go. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated. Service was fantastic. We started off with a Thai Tea for me, and an order of shrimp spring rolls. I was unsure which bahn mi to get, but our server suggested the original. It did not disappoint! My husband got the crispy pork bahn mi, and he really enjoyed it too. You can really tell the love and care that goes into the menu here. I ordered the crispy pork belly banh mi, pork lemongrass banh mi, and the classic banh mi. The flavors were so delicious and fresh. My only complaint was the crispy pork belly was so hard that no one in my family could chew it. So that sandwich was basically inedible which is sad because I was most looking forward to the pork belly. Other than that I would definitely recommend getting one of their banh mi sandwiches. Quick, friendly service and reasonable prices. I ordered the Pho Chicken and to be quite honest with you, I am so bad at ordering Pho and always end up getting Chicken Pad Thai. My sister just visited Vietnam and sent me pictures of all her food and it looked so delicious. She inspired me to try something new. I've tried Pho a couple of times before and it wasn't satisfying; I thought, maybe Pho isn't for me. But today at Pho Noodle Go, this experience with Pho was delicious. Heard from a friend that this restaurant changed owners and that he and the family liked the pho. So I gave it another try. Had the beef pho (pictured here) and a banh mi (French roll sandwich). The pho tasted way more legit than before. And the banh mi was decent too. I've had better. (I think it needs more veggies.) But to have this in Lee's Summit? That's a win. Customer service was fine. And the place was clean. Later that day, two other family members stopped by based on my revised recommendation. They ordered the beef pho too. Unfortunately, they didn't like it. We noticed a new Asian noodle place just open up in the Lees Summit Crossing shopping center. Decided to go there for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I always like to try out a new Pho restaurant in town. Upon entering the restaurant, you can smell the pho aroma. There was a few people there eating. We got seated right away. The restaurant was clean and was modern in style. I ordered their combo Pho which consist of three types of beef, no seafood like other places. My friend who is not an adventurous eater, ordered their basic friend rice with chicken. It was about 10 minutes wait before our food came out. The Pho had a nice clear broth and tasted good but probably not the best Pho in town. The staffs was very nice and the owner came out to each table and asked if everything was okay. I found out he was Thai and we spoke the same language. He gave us a sample of their cookies. It was delicious. The cookies was warm, moist and gourmet tasting. He also gave me a sample of their Taro Boba. It's made from real taro not from powder and had just the right sweetness. All natural, no additives. Overall a good dining experience. I would definitely be back when in the area even if it is just for their boba and cookies. Soon they will also have ban mi sandwiches. Another one of my favorite. read more

We will probably try here again as maybe it was just an off night. We walked in and were quickly acknowledged and seated. We waited quite awhile to order, but they seemed understaffed that day for the volume of people...understandable. The waitresses were running and mistakes were being made. The waiter didn't bring the ordered water for 15 minutes. It took 20 minutes before they took our order. One waitress attempted to deliver an appetizer to us before we had even ordered. Minor mix up but was par for the course the rest of the night. Eventually my wife's food came out, however we found out later that it was meant for a different table. That lady waited 45 min for her dinner. My wife was done eating when the appetizer came out. Again it went to another table before they said no and it was redirected to us. My dinner eventually came out. All tables around us were waiting long periods of time and when food did come out, it was meant for a different table. Eventually we finished up, paid the bill and went home. We started rolling laughing as soon as we left because it was so abnormal for a meal out, it was just silly. The food itself was fine. Nothing great, certainly not bad. We will probably try again just to see if it's always like this or just an off night. read more

Was really optimistic about this place since it's way closer than driving 20 minutes downtown with terrible parking. But the broth wasn't very flavorful, the meats were not what I'm used to (I don't think I've ever been tempted to have chicken in my pho, I love the rare strips of beef that basically cook while in the broth, but when I got it the beef was already fully cooked) and I just think the price was more than what it's worth. I honestly enjoyed their fried rice more than their pho, so if you want a quick fix for fried rice and the normal Asian-American appetizers, you should check it out. read more

Food was not good. We ordered Vietnamese spring rolls with peanut sauce. Peanut sauce was way too thick like a chunk of something more than sauce! Tom yum noodle was too salty. Vegetable that came with the noodle soup was so pitiful!! We're from New Orleans area and knew what good Vietnamese food was like! This's not even close. Very disappointed Service was okay which was the reason we gave it three stars rating. Atmosphere was okay. Pho Noodle go is pretty new in Lee's Summit and this was my second time with a friend. The service was great, we were taken care of throughout the meal making sure we were enjoying everything. It's official, I found my new obsession!!!! The best Pho I've had in years, crab Rangoons are incredible, and the portions are fantastic! But by far the real winner of coming here was the service!!! Tried the Combo Pho (beef, chicken, and shrimp pho) and was not disappointed. It was flavorful, fresh, and delicious--and lots of it. Some of the other entrees that other customers were enjoying looked very good too as in addition to their pho, they have several Thai dishes. The service was excellent and friendly. They have only been open three weeks so I hope they keep up the quality and service as I do plan on returning either to dine in or get carry-out. read more
