He assured me that if he didn't have a blank to make me 3 copies of a Key that I needed, he would find the correct one and order them. He did an outstanding job of communicating with me as no sooner had I left his business, I received a call from him telling me he had found 3 blanks and even though it was late in the day, he would make these keys for me for I could drop by the next morning and pick them up. I never had to make a request more than once (to remind them), and the ladder they used even had those soft feet at the end so it didn't bang against the side of my house. I also didn't see any of the small mistakes that I find contractors often make (eg trampling something I asked them to avoid). Oh and their price was lower than others I had gotten estimates from.
