Problem here - they are WAY overpriced on many of their items. I needed a replacement radiator fan for my Saturn and they wanted to charge me $30 for it. I went down to the local Auto Zone and bought a brand new one for $27. I could have gotten a used windshield here one time for about $60 less than a new one cost. It had some scratches, so I went with the new one. Sometimes you can find a good set of used tires or snow tires here. Not my first choice, as it's hit-&-miss here, but can be a good backup if you're looking for just the right part.

We felt like we were dealing with a friend, rather than a salesman. He didn't play games with us and the Jeep that we went in to look at was priced exactly as advertised. I can't tell you how many times we have gone to look at a specific vehicle only to find out that we didn't meet the qualifications for the price posted or that once we got to a dealership the vehicle had extras not posted in the ad. The entire process of purchasing our vehicle took about half the time than what we have experienced with past purchases. I would highly recommend this dealership & salesman Mark Donicht to anyone that is serious about purchasing their next Jeep.
