Perhaps in your decision making, you did not realize the extent of your listener base which includes the highly affluent in Pebble Beach and Carmel, to the scholarly university, college and academia of the Central Coast.
These people are the ones who would patronize your sponsors.
The younger set listen to IPods and satellite stations. Having the classical station served another group of listeners who are not tech minded.
KBOQ was unique, and had class. Now, it is just another station that will have much competition. read more
