Patricia Hamilton charges $75 an hour and takes a cash/check payment retainer upfront. I paid her $260 retainer for my project based on her estimation of 6 hours. I met her 3 times totaling 2 hours & 25 minutes ($169). Unfortunately, only 1 hour and half was spent on design ($98), the rest of the time was spent discovering her inability to work with windows and her limited ability working with MacBook. Since she was unable to start the project, I collected my material and asked for partial reimbursement. To my surprise, she refused to pay and had the audacity to claim that she spent time to discover/learn how to use the proper font on MacBook. Before signing up with Park Place Publication (AKA: Patricia Hamilton) consider her lack of ethic and professionalism.

My musical emasculation started in fine form. Celine Dion belting out whatever song it was. Follow it up with a slow Gloria Estefan or whatever group that was, and my testicles had begun to recede into my body. This could make my physical quite interesting. Saved by a commercial break, then a song that took me back to my first semester at college. To the first woman to ever play handball with my heart.(But not the last.....sigh...) Lo-I have been jaded. Ah, to go back in time and slap myself in the back of the neck, I think to myself. The song ends. And yes. Cue the Cher. If I could turn back time. Put her in a slutty outfit and have her straddle some guns on a naval vessel. Kudos, cosmic arbiter of irony. Kudos. Some other thoughts: If I never hear Atlantic star again, that's cool. "She's like the wind." ...so she blows? Awesome. Not a bad station overall. Just not for me.

Cool spot with a record shop in front and a bar in the back. They buy and sell vinyls and seem like…read morethe perfect hang out spot with something for everyone. The front shop has a few seats where you can hang out quietly with a nice chill ambiance and the back is a much louder and livelier hang. Arrived around 7 pm on a Friday and a live Dj came out at about 8. We picked a seat outside which had a few fire pits and picnic tables. Sitting outside allowed us to still enjoy the music but also hold a conversation. This place seems very popular and I'd certainly come back. The vibes were exactly what I'm looking for as a 30 year old that enjoys an occasional night out. I did not snap a photo of the menu but they sell beer, wine and cocktails. There was a cool retro looking photo booth and caught my attention and I was upper bummed when I realized it was $7... unfortunately, I couldn't bring myself to spend $7 for two photos.
