We had a great experience with our kitchen renovations. They helped us take a closed off kitchen from the seventies with minimal storage into our open concept dream kitchen. They had an organized schedule of all of the contractors. Then in the middle of our project the state shut us down because of the coronavirus. Once it was mandated that we could restart they quickly got all the contractors lined up and ensured that everything was done within the safety requirements (contractors wore masks, surfaces wiped down, everyone was kept separated...) All of their staff is very friendly and great to work with. We now love our kitchen and definitely would recommend them to our friends! read more

We had quotes from 4 contractors. Longacre Repair was the only one who was timely with their response, site visit, and quote. Quote was the best price and most detailed, itemized out of all of them. Started the job on time and finished within schedule despite rain days and uncovering rot when old siding was removed. No surprises when change orders occurred. Tyler was upfront, honest, and provided new quotes before proceeding with the extra work. Removing siding on a 1950s house, we were bound to find rot. He also just power washed my fence, porch and back of my house. He just finished painted the enclosed porch as well. Formerly he repaired my garage door, repaired a wall that was damaged and painted part of a ceiling that had leakage due to a tile not properly placed by my roofer. He is excellent. He takes the time to explain in detail the work will even possibly add some TLC to the project to give it a great finished product. He is the one and only doing the work so project time estimated will probably exceed his original expectations so if that is a problem to consider. But the end result will be a job you will be happy with and he strives to make his work maintenance free so easy access for any future repairs aka: plumbing is easily accessible
