So all the water runs threw the balcony down to the lower leave and then down into my basement, threw the cellar door. They did not offer us and option to close it the gaps. And now they want more money ---a lot more--to make repairs. And to top if off, they left wood and nails under the porch they did not think we would find. Yet they had a dumpster at my home for a week. Please do not use this company. They will mess things up and just ask for a 5 star review.

The project consisted of replacing the roof, windows, siding, front door and building a portico. Our home was built in 1966 - so the windows and siding were original. The old windows were single pane and the siding was aluminum. In addition - part of the front of the home was brick. We absolutely couldn't be happier with how the renovation turned out. From start to finish the team at E&E was fantastic. Wallie worked with us through the estimate process. Alan was our project manager. Jason and his crew replaced the roof. Johnny, Merv and Sammy replaced our windows, siding and front door. And last but certainly not least - Jordan and his team did the masonry work. There were a number of decisions/changes that needed to be made on the fly and never once did I feel like it was an issue. Alan was always reachable via phone, text and email. Johnny was onsite for the majority of the renovation - so I could always approach him as well with any questions or concerns. I'm very particular about how I want certain things and I can attest that the craftmanship is top notch. The crew is very personable, they show up on time and they keep their work site clean. We have a couple of interior projects that we are thinking about doing in the future and we won't hesitate to reach out to E&E! Thanks again guys for everything!

I have worked with two other contractors recently, and I can honestly say that they don't come even remotely close to the quality of work that Carlos and his crew provided. Carlos and Victor remodeled my entire bathroom, removing and reinstalling new tile, a vanity, mirror, light fixture, toilet and other bathroom accessories in addition to spackling and painting. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated an extreme attention to detail and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. He does not cut corners, and he takes the time to do things the right way even when it requires extra effort. For example, he noticed that my bathroom floor was not properly leveled, something that could have easily been overlooked or simply worked around. Instead, he took the time to correct the problem and make sure everything was properly leveled before continuing with the project. He even painted door trim outside of my bathroom to make sure it transitioned well with the bathroom, something that was not his responsibility. That level of care and thoroughness is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. The spackling and painting were absolutely immaculate. I have hired professional painters in the past who did not come close to the quality of the paint job Carlos delivered. Painting is 90% prep work: sanding and spackling. You can tell when a contractor understands the difference prep work makes, and Carlos and his group certainly does. Carlos and his crew were also kind, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. They were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean throughout the project. In fact, I commented to my husband that my house looked cleaner after they left than it did before they started! Another thing that really stood out to me was the pricing. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of work, attention to detail, and level of care he provides. You TRULY feel that Carlos takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the finished product. It is VERY rare to find that these days. I could not be happier with the work C&N Construction LLC did for me. If you are are fussy about the details and looking for a contractor you can trust, who is meticulous, honest, thorough, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I would HIGHLY recommend Carlos and his crew. They exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely use them again for future projects.

I think that Carlos is very educated with construction and/ or a genius about fixing things. Carlos explained why we had a leak in great detail thoroughly before he fixed the problem. We will hire Carlos in the future when we have another problem. He provided us with a written estimate before starting, and he is very thorough with his communication.

I reached out to several contractors, and John was by far the easiest and most communicative from the very first conversation. He answered questions quickly, explained the process clearly, and never left us guessing about what came next. He took on the full rebuild, including new cabinets, countertops, and flooring, and he handled the details that are easy to miss. He stuck to his timeline, worked efficiently, and kept everything organized from start to finish. We left our house in his hands while the work was happening, and he updated us on progress the whole way, which put us at ease. The quality of his work is outstanding, and the kitchen looks better than it did before the flood. If you want a contractor who communicates, shows up, and gets it done right, John is your guy. Don't look anywhere else.

After a nightmare contractor experience to begin, I was confident when I then hired Red Hammer I would be in good hands. While things started off well, they quickly declined and I was left with half finished projects yet I was out the full amount as if everything was fully completed and correct. Towards the end everything was rushed, so things weren't completed to the quality you'd expect for the price and some other items were simply not completed. I was told I would be reached out to when there was additional time to finish items, but never was. This left me having to find someone else to redo and/or complete some of the work which is extremely disappointing and a significant financial strain for a first time home buyer.
