They had like 20 puppies in one room with also a full grown dog.. unorganized for real. But no one and nothing will convince me that this shelter didn't know those poor babies weren't sick. I called and let them know so they could at least call the people who adopted the other puppies to keep an eye on them.. she didn't sound shocked that one was dead when we told her what was happening.

I rescued a dog 5 months ago and am getting ready to board him an hour away from Springboro. I…read morerealized that one of his vaccinations was expiring because it was a six month vaccination. I needed to get him in quickly so we went to Bigger Rd., Springboro. He can be anxious and reactive and had a bad experience at a different vet. They were absolutely wonderful! I could not be happier with the care and attention they gave my dog. They ensured that he was as relaxed and safe as possible. The facility is really cute inside, and they were very efficient. I am so glad I chose to go to this vet. I picked the location because it is close to my house, and easy to schedule online. I was able to provide a lot of information about his fear and anxiety before we went, and i pre-filled out his paperwork online. Excellent experience!!

About 6 months later we received a notice that if we didn't show records that the first cat was neutered, an arrest warrant would be issued for us. We had to travel back to Troy to have the cat neutered and the records provided to them. That was the last time for us.
