Contacted Bryan to repair. I wasn't upset at time as mistakes happen and I just expected him to fix the error. Didn't need new carpet.. just stretch and repair the poor install. Bryan would do it but only at our expense. Carpet is so poorly installed that a second opinion is $1200 to stretch carpet and we as homeowners are responsible for removing all furniture from home. After…read morehaving a terrible experience with a previous general contractor (which among other things they f'd up on - we basically had large ponding and runoff around our new house). Luke came in, assessed the situation, and... worked his magic‼ He leveled the area around the house and driveway (which was one of the problems from the previous GC), put down fabric, then had gravel delivered and he spread it out. He even went beyond what we expected‼. And as a testimony to his quality of work, the next day after he had finished, we had a heavy rain. There was no ponding, and the water flowed away from the house. And still, months after he had finished (yes, it took me this long to write a review) and with still frequent rain, we are not sinking into the wet ground (like we used to) when we walk around the house A little note: prior to working with this company, we had tried to reach out to a few others. Some would not call back, others would ask questions as to why do we want things done this way. And others were just seriously overpriced.
