They protected our floors while painting, kept everything clean and were genuinely kind and professional throughout the entire project. Andy was also completely transparent with his costs. We picked out our shower materials at Home Depot, and he purchased everything for us and provided receipts so we always knew exactly what we were paying for. He even drove to the other side of the island to pick up a glass panel we found on Facebook Marketplace to complete our shower! Within an hour J&E roofing contacted me and Keha came the next day to see the damage and provide a quote. He arrived at noon,climbed up on the roof to survey the damage and took pictures. After discussing the damage and recommendations we wanted it fixed asap as it rains a lot where we live plus LALA was still a threat. To my surprise Keha said he'll have his crew here in about 2 hours! Yay! Three men came and I believe the lead was Imai. All were very courteous and professional in their approach and skill set. That crew did finally install my french doors, but after delays and more excuses than I care to note, I decided to cut them loose and find someone else to build my deck. I searched Yelp and found Kekoa Builders on Sunday, and based on all the positive Yelp reviews, I decided to call and leave a message, but Kekoa answered the phone AND he stopped by my home the same day to take a look at my project details - on a SUNDAY! It is now TUESDAY, 2 days later, and my beautiful Trex deck is finished. I already had all the materials so that was helpful for a quick build. Kekoa's communication was great and he and his crew showed up when promised and worked until the job was done. They were respectful of my property and the pricing was reasonable, especially given the high quality of this work. I am in the construction industry and let me tell you - these guys are the best! They worked together well as a team, you can tell they enjoy working together. They are onsite problem solvers. One example is that they had to carefully trim the Trex deck board due to wonky uneven dimensions where it meets the french doors threshold and they finished it off beautifully! And - did you notice my recessed umbrella holder in the photos? It is SO custom. They knocked this deck out in one day, cleaned up the site of debris and were so wonderful to work with. This was phase 1 and I am planning an additional deck and connecting boardwalk later this year. Kekoa Builders will be the only crew I ask to complete my project. I have complete trust in them and their work.

Instantly, I heard back from Keith to schedule a home visit. In the first week of January, Keith came by to do a look through. He was very kind and professional. Keith emailed my estimate within several days. Our bathroom remodel was scheduled to take 14 days, but it was completed within 9 days, which was good for our family considering we only have one bathroom. From initial contact throughout the project Jeff, HHR Supervisor, kept open communication with me every day. He kept me afloat on what they found, what needed to be done, what my options were.
