Sure enough, the scale rang up as 159.99. I showed them the online price and they immediately matched it. They thought the coupon might be for online orders only (it was not). Then they thought it might be for pick-up orders only (it was not). I offered to stand in front of them, purchase it online and wait the prescribed online "ready for pick-up" time of 20 minutes. Happily the register accepted the coupon without having to play the bought it online game. I give them stars for not hassling me too much and walked out having paid 56.69.

Tonight I placed an order for an 8"x10" color copy laminated poster for a class I'm teaching in the morning... The service representative told me their policy had changed as of January 1st & he was not allowed to print it for me the same day. I would need to place my order (for ONE color copy) and return to pick it up tomorrow. And of course, they open after the start of my CLASS ~ As if I would return for one copy anyway!
