He was excellent from the beginning to the end of the project. He was a great communicator, on-time, and really knew what I wanted. Our couch had so much life left but our unfortunately a painter splattered paint on the couch and the cleaner discolored the couch (plus dogs!). Joe was SPOT on and picked out material color, material weight and style that closely matched the original. If you are looking for excellent quality and service, Joe from Slipcover Man is the person you are looking for. Take a look at a few before and after pictures. My couch looks brand new again!

I was initially thinking I needed to fully reupholster it but then discovered Joe. He spent time helping research fabrics based on my inspo photos and educated me on the process. Once I decided on a fabric, Joe quickly came to measure and my slipcover was ready less than two weeks later. I'm beyond obsessed with the outcome; it is machine washable, much more affordable than a full reupholstery and looks like a whole new chair. Highly recommend!

I have a favorite chair. It's a rocker which I remember as a young child. Later when I was at the…read moreUniversity of Texas in Austin it was my study chair which helped see me through my undergraduate and graduate degrees. It moved with me from Texas to Minnesota and I am sitting in it right now as I write this review. It has been reupholstered numerous times and this time after interviewing several potential candidates I chose Anthony's. They had refinished some other pieces for me and seemed to be in tune with what I wanted. As Dawn who I worked with us said "you want this to be the rock star of the room" which is exactly what I wanted. My wife and I spent a lot of time with Dawn finding the right fabric. When we finally decided it only took a couple of weeks before I was reunited with my chair. They did a beautiful job and I am extremely happy. The workmanship is fantastic. I highly recommend Anthony's for furniture restoration.
