It's such a huge help to my home life to consistently get a thorough cleaning every other week, especially with two cats. I would definitely recommend Hinton services if you're looking for a reliable regular cleaner.

We saw an ad for them in The Chronicle, we called, set up an appointment for an assessment by Stephanie, and five days later a crew of 3 women arrived to clean, vacuum, polish, wash, scrub, and otherwise make our home sparkle from 3 chandeliers to the bathroom stall! Stephanie led the group, and they all worked together as a team, making it obvious that they are experienced in their profession and enjoyed working together. Each one spoke politely with my husband and I, and by the end of two hours we were on first name basis with Abbey and Mindy as well as Stephanie. Their price is totally reasonable. Their work gave me and my husband a big mood boost, so I've decided to have them come back every two weeks; they are that reasonably priced. A Plus Cleaning rocks!

The right hand doesn't always seem to know what the left hand is doing. They are always late in their arrival time, and their personnel seem to change often. No supervisor ever checks on the quality of their work. Would you believe that a neighbor once returned a check to me that I gave to A Plus for payment. He found it blowing around in the parking lot! Though their lack of professionalism and accountability is where the main faults lie. I'm a 77yr. old cancer patient getting regular Chemo treatments. When I hired them in April of this year, I provided them with a set of keys to my apartment and to the outside security doors so they could gain access when I'm at Lab appointments. Yesterday I spoke with the owner, Danielle, to let her know that her workers should make sure they have the access keys for today as I have Dr. appts. all morning. Danielle then informs me that they lost the keys a while ago and it has just been good fortune that I've been there to let the workers in. I took issue with this and asked just when she was going to tell me about this. Aside from my apartment key the exterior key allows entry to six different ingresses to the building. I asked that she please look for the keys and let me know the status because of the potential security breach. She just said that the workers would be there tomorrow (today) at 9:30. I asked that they be punctual as I had a Dr. appt. at 10am. So, guess what?! THEY DON'T SHOW AT ALL!!! They just left me hanging. I called to no avail and I've never heard back from them. Very, very unprofessional and no accountability whatsoever for the status of the keys. A real 2nd rate operation. A Plus's behavior is totally unacceptable! So PLEASE "let the buyer beware" especially you seniors out there.

What we were looking for are Gutter Guards to help remove that bi-yearly chore of removing leaves from the gutters. I had done a lot of research into the different types available. I received an estimate from one place, next day he calls dropping $800 off. An hour later someone else called from that company telling me a yet lower price, another $250 off. Then the first guy calls back asking if I wanted to move forward. I told him someone else had given me a cheaper price from his company and he had no idea. This triggered my brain to say "Sorry but I'm not going to do anything with your company at all". So now I hear about Lifetime and call Anthony. He called me back the same day, came over the next day with an estimate. His estimate was what I call reasonable for the work to be done. Unfortunately I had to wait about a month due to family matters and finally called him back on a Friday. He told me that he could arrange to have it done the following week. On Tuesday morning he called and asked if we were ok with doing it that day. Out came Anthony #2 to handle the installation. He was fast and extremely friendly and in a few hours time the gutter guards were installed. My final reason for going with this company was the guards are made out of aluminum with a stainless steel mesh on top. The others I looked at were made of plastic with the mesh. My life's experiences have shown that plastic gets brittle when left out in the sun & bad weather, I prefer the all aluminum ones. My experiences with this company have been just fantastic! Oh, one last thing... Lifetime Warantee... not much can go Wrong with all metal.

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish…read more I recently hired Lifetime Seamless Gutters to install a full gutter system with gutter guards on my two-story, 5,000 sq. ft. home with a metal roof. From the very first visit, I was thoroughly impressed. Peter came out to do the initial estimate--he spent over 45 minutes carefully measuring, inspecting, and answering all my questions, including detailed discussions about installing heat cables to prevent ice dams. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, which immediately put me at ease. Given the size and structure of my home, I was initially nervous about how well a gutter system would integrate with a metal roof. But I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The very next day, a well-organized crew of 8 professionals led by Tim arrived with two trucks. They worked hard for nearly 10 hours and completed about 90% of the project in just one day. The team returned the next day to finish the final touches and make adjustments, especially after a rainstorm allowed us to see the system in action. Everything functioned flawlessly. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Tony (the owner), Peter (the manager), and Tim (the team leader) were all professional, courteous, and committed to quality. The crew cleaned up so thoroughly, you wouldn't even know major work had just been done. I give Lifetime Seamless Gutters a solid 5 stars for their professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer care. Highly recommended! -- Frank A. Saratoga Springs, NY
