Of all the facilities that we've had family members residing in, this is by far the best one that…read morewe've ever experienced. My mom is a patient at this facility and she has witnessed how much the staff tries their best to strongly protect them from contracting COVID-19. She always calls to tell me how happy she is that she's in this facility. As a high-risk patient, she's always been so nervous at other facilities but Sierra View is top notch. As expected, there are many new rules put into place in order to maintain the safety of everyone. I do have to commend the staff as there are plenty of people who will argue and refuse to comply with even the most basic rules. Like I mentioned, my mom is a patient there and has heard some of the visitors cursing and yelling at nurses who are just trying to do their job and protect everyone from the virus. For example, my mom said that one of their rules is that for "end of life" patients, they are allowed visitors ...but only ONE at a time. Nurses try to explain that to families and unfortunately, some of the families just met them with rudeness and curse words. I definitely have to commend the nurses for keeping calm and restrained during that time. Overall, the facility is well maintained, clean and complies will necessary COVID safety precautions. I feel assured that my mom is safe at this facility. The staff is easy to communicate with and always willing to help when needed. Definitely giving this facility high marks all the way through.

The staff there was very attentive and always communicated with me. We worked with Priscilla, the social worker who helped find a placement for my father's next place, and she showed so much patience with all the difficulties of handling these decisions. She was quick to respond to concerns and communicated quickly. The nursing staff was extremely helpful and kind to both my parents. My father was emotional when he left because of the sweetness they showed him. The head nurse, Cynthia, always communicated with me, answered my texts, called me directly if my father needed to hear a familiar voice, and a pleasure to communicate with her. This decision to place your loved one in a skilled nursing facility is not an easy one, but when you put them in a place that feels supported and you know they are cared for, it helps ease the anxiety of not having them home with you. Thank you, Sierraview, for helping our loved ones.

That said if the facility cannot keep up with those basic items of maintenance, how would you expect them to care for someone whom you Love and hold near and dear to your heart. Upon review I've come to know that this place provides sincere care and what that means is the "certified nurse assistants" whom hustle and bustle up and down those halls to answer call lights, feed, change, read to their patients and so much more is what makes this facility worth writing about. It's not the registered nurses, or the dietician's or the LVN's those people you'll find sitting behind a desk somewhere hiding out I can only imagine because their lazy. The CNA's are what make Royal Crest the best! Get to know them for they will be the ones whom are providing that 24-hour around the clock care that will be issued to your loved ones they are the unspoken of heros in this place so before committing always do your due diligence and check this place out.

As her dementia and alzheiner's has progressively worsened and needed 24/7 care. I had a meeting with her physician who recommended and assisted getting mom placed here. It's been over three months since she began residing with Mayflower. I'm estatic with the care, procedures, documentation and treatment she receives from the entire staff. In addition, the cleanliness of the facility is outstanding. Visiting hours for guests are flexible with appointments made within a few days notice and family is allowed to take her out for the day outings - with approval of their physician. I just had a 3 month review with her social worker and she informed me that mom saw a dentist, optometrist in addition, to receiving a flu & covid booster shot. The facility also has activities like game activities, physical therapy, dancing and even threw a Halloween costume luncheon - which mom couldn't stop raving about. If you're considering care of a loved one - I would highly recommend Mayflower Care Center.

I'm not one who routinely posts reviews, but after my experience witnessing the care, treatment and…read moreservice for my mother by the management and staff at Inspired Elderly Care Living, I am compelled to do so. While my mother resided there, I visited her frequently and most always - unannounced. No matter if my visit was planned or unplanned, each time I was there I observed nothing but caring, compassionate, kind, loving, thoughtful, trustful, and thoroughly exacting-patient service not just for my mother, but to all residents. My mother was not just another person occupying a bed to the management & staff. They do not operate with a one-size-fits-all attitude. Not only did they provide medical care for my mother, but they engaged her in conversational topics they somehow learned she liked to talk about (sports, family, education, & spiritual, etc.). I also observed them engaging with the other residents by playing BINGO, while others chose to watch appropriate-entertaining movies, documentaries, etc. The point is that my mother (and all other residents) received a healthy dose of mental stimulation along with their medical care. There's not enough room here to fit all great things I could say about the management and staff of Inspired Elderly Care Living. Suffice it to say that if you want the best care for your loved one and you have high expectations to find a clean & sanitary residential care home that provides nothing less that the best care for your loved one, Inspired Elderly Care Living should be your first choice!

When we would visit you can see all the love from the nurses to the residents. I would highly recommend this facility if you want your family members to be treated as family, respect, dignity, compassion and most importantly love. They take residents (if able too) outside for fresh air (when applicable-weather permitting). Thank you to all of those who took care of our family member!

Crystal Manor is the definition of the board-and-care system gone wrong. I highly recommend it for people who enjoy being abused and bullied. doesn't get better than Crystal Manor!
