The travel agent we used was Lisa Adams. We ended up travelling during the Air Canada strike and she expertly guided us through that. I would definitely recommend and am thinking about my next AMA Waterways cruise and I would use Lisa Adams to book everything again. She was knowledgeable about travel arrangements and her suggestions were good ones
