Zack Zidzik, who interviewed me, did not appear to have read any information I had already provided about the case by questions he asked, seemed focused on the minutia and could not see the big picture I had outlined in detail for them in return email. Zack twice asked me to "tell him everything I knew in 30 seconds" about different key elements of a case that had been unfairly decided against me by HUD with many glaring errors on their part but had now become too big for me to handle alone. Or detail for him in 30 seconds. I wondered if this was a test of my communication skills, cognitive functioning or if he was trying to impress the female on staff taking notes by asking questions about statements made on HUD documents filed by someone else in 1981. Again, failing to see the big picture with no regard given to information provided showing more recent and relevant developments regarding that aspect of the case.
