This time I brought it Insiredesign Jewelry and Mindy was able to explain what is causing the need to repeatedly repair it, what we can do to fix it and that she could have it safely wearable for a pittance! First off I went to this location to sell a power tool set I receive as a gift I had no need for…read more After presenting the tool set, I stated my reason forgoing reason I was selling it and I was asking $150 starting offer. The associate took the tool set and spread it out behind the counter. I then, was interrogated on how I acquired the tools, where they came from, if I had a receipt, and even more. It was horrible, I was treated like criminal being interrogated by a detective. I should not have to nor should there be any reason for me or anyone to have to go through such questioning to the point I had to call the person who gifted them to me in store causing me to have a emotional breakdown and distress. This behavior is totally unacceptable from anyone in any situation especially a business transaction. I asked $150 starting as the set at retail goes anywhere from $299-$399. Resale value at least $150. I tried to get possession of my tool set back when they offered $45, ha. The associate refused to and put the $45 on the counter. I just walked out. I'll be reporting this transaction to multiple government agencies.
