I'm updating my review. It's been 8 months since I left the 5 star review below. I have seen a few of the doctors here, very competent, love the their focus on health, competent staff. Friendly, no long waits. Although, I have to agree with the other reviewer, it is difficult to receive a callback or follow-through on a referral, or phone call. Wish the administration could get their act together. It's like they are holding the staff & doctors behind prison walls. Dr Laurie Dresser is my primary doctor & I couldn't be happier. She is only in Exeter a few days a week, but when I have had other issues, and she can't see me within a timely matter, their walk-in clinic is a wonderful choice. My first intro was the walk in clinic: no long wait, competent doctors (I've seen two different ones, NP & Dr.). I'm not one that likes to spend ANY time in the dr's office, and I appreciate their focus on "health". I do have insurance & have not had any problems as stated in the other reviews. It IS wonderful to have care in Exeter - (my first) instead of traveling to Visalia. Bonus: trusted & great care at that! read more

Switched to this location the moment I found out I was having a baby, they have been extremely helpful and supportive during my pregnancy, my doctor as well, I'm from Visalia but was able to work my way into this doctors office, was very glad I was able too. My update comes a couple years after my original post due to the complications that happened after my original review. Once I get my new appointment with Leslee Heuer, FNP. Formally with San Joaquin prime care (Family Healthcare network, now at the living water clinic In Lindsay) clinic in Exeter, she did my physical and then ran my EKG. After the test results were abnormal, she referred me to Dr. Kreuger, a cardiologist in Fresno. Over the next couple months I've had a bunch a tests done, including a stress test, echocardiogram and another EKG, all with inconsistent results. I had an exploratory angiogram done with my results being I had cardiomyopathy. I was then approved to have my back surgeries, first was a microdiscectomy and then a full disc replacement. I then had a defibrillator implanted because not only was my heart enlarged, it was also hardened. Without that implant, my cardiologist gave me 3-5 years of living because it was only pumping at 32%. On September 20th 2019 as I was walking out of Superior Dairy in Hanford with my teenage son and a friend, my defibrillator went off. Dr. Kreuger told me that if I didn't have that implant, I would've been dead before I hit the ground. That would've left my wife a widow and my 4 children (1 was adopted) fatherless. This man misdiagnosed me because he didn't want "waste his time" with what he felt was "unnecessary" tests. I didn't know if I could've sued his ass for negligent malpractice but I would've in a heartbeat if I didn't known it was possible or is still possible. This man is a horrible doctor. That's just not my opinion, but also of everyone I talked to that was a patient of his. I hope he gets fired from whatever clinic he's working in and can never get hired to practice medicine again! read more

I've been getting the run around for over a month for a referral for surgery. First, they had approval they said and were just waiting for a date. After two weeks of waiting and not getting a call I call them, and they tell me they have to get approval? I really wish I could just go somewhere else, but I really don't want to have to start the whole process all over again. read more

For this to be an establishment that prioritizes mental health, the lack of compassion and empathy for patients from the receptionist side is appalling. Not only have they threatened my brother, with multiple mental health problems, that they would stop his services and that he should be great ful that he got another appointment regardless of him not getting his medication he needs to be taking consistently. Just the tonality of voice is demanding and full of anger, she does not let us even get enough words in to explain the whole situation. And if your best solution is take him to the ER if it's really that bad, we'll that's just unprofessional. Why he was not just sent his medication on Thursday when he was told he had to reschedule for the end of may when they know he has memory issues is beyond me. If we're taking 72 hours for a response well that would have meant we should have been contacted yesterday if they would have done there job unprompted by us. Even then we recalled Friday so that means today is 72 hours so I hope we get a call from someone more professional. Or else I'm going to have to call and deal with this rude receptionist. If it's hard for me as my brothers advocate to talk with the receptionist I can only imagine how hard it is for all there patients with mental health diagnoses. I really would like to talk to someone that manages this clinics receptionist department cause the way she treated us over the phone was rude, full of anger, and unprofessional. read more

I have never felt more dehumanized than when visiting. Staff and nurses are great. Never had a problem. Although they did switch my appointment time. I don't leave reviews often but I felt the need to do so. When visiting one of the doctors I felt like every time I spoke they where annoyed. First I initially felt like the boy who cried wolf and yes I understand that they deal with many patients that don't have any problems with their health. However when I was told that I need to discuss the issues that I am having with my primary doctor, it felt like a slap in the face because I was referred to him by my primary. Yes there was nothing else he could do for me because it was out of his department but it was they way he structured his sentence to me that it came off rude. When I had first visited this doctor the experience did not go to well. He told me that I was young and that there is no way I am having heart problems suddenly. I do appreciate his bluntness however my last appointment I had left crying because he looked annoyed with me. I believe he was annoyed with me because I wasted his time but I just wanted to be sure that nothing was wrong with my health. I shouldn't feel guilty or sorry for something I was concerned about. He walked out of my room so quickly that his assistant just stared at me and wished me a good day and left. I have never encountered a health care provider so rude. I don't think this is a health care provider who went into the field for the right reasons. I may have wasted this doctors time but I am the paying customer and honestly I felt like I wasted my money just to be insulted and mistreated. I had told my primary that I didn't feel the need to do any of the testing that the doctor at the Exeter facility had recommended but she had told me it would be better that way they can rule something's out. That was the only reason why I continued to go to this facility because my primary said it would be for the best. The health care provider in question was doctor Sarmad. I am a patient at Visalia Medical Clinic, which is part of Kaweah Delta's health care system. My PCP order some lab work, which I opted to have it drawn at this lab. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and served me with the upmost professionalism! read more

Every time I come in to see my OB I'm stuck waiting close to an hour for my appointment. It's especially annoying when you have a 9:45 appointment for a glucose test you have to fast for and it's an hour wait before seeing the Dr. After today's experience I'm definitely changing My Ob! This place is a JOKE!!! read more

I take my son here and after already complaining once about waiting 1.5 hrs just to still have to wait and ended up just rescheduling, we still end up waiting. Even on a sat appt, 1st one of the day, we still have to wait over an hour just to see the doctor. Is this how you ALWAYS treat pediatric patients? because this is getting VERY old. My son is 2. Do I like waiting? No. Does he like waiting? Absolutely not! Please have more courtesy and respect for parents and their kids time! Why make appointments if your doctors can't even hold them? Treating people like this is absolutely unacceptable! You used to be so much better than this. read more

First off I would like to say my OBGYN Dr. Glaze is awesome and personable. he has been my OBGYN since 2015/2016. I also enjoy Dr. Jose C. and he has been my health care physician since 2014 and he is funny and very personable. Both Dr. Glaze and Dr. Jose talk to you about your health and talk to you about your personal life. They always ask me about my career field. Dr. Jose is funny too at times. When Dr. Jose was going to retire they had me go to Dr. Kim he was nice but not as understanding as personable as Dr. Jose so when I found out that Dr. Jose was going to still work on Tuesdays every week I just asked the clinic if I can be switched back to Dr. Jose and they said yes. So I can only go in on Tuesdays if I need to see a Dr., but they also said if I am really sick on need anything I can see any other Dr. I told them I was okay with that. So for annual check ups I just make my appoints for when Dr. Jose is there and if I happen to get sick and it's not on Tuesday then I see another Dr., no big deal. I love how the clinic treats me as a client. They work with my schedule and my two main Drs are very nice people who truly enjoy their work. read more

Doctors are great but the wait time is ridiculous. Appointment was at 10 56 mins later still here waiting.

This Clinic is the worst Clinic ever. It has a smell that you cannot overcome when you walk through the door. Dr cabales was one of the worst actors that was there and and his staff is the worst staff ever. Consider other clinics before this one. read more
