I went back to have the one pair of glasses adjusted ... no adjustment to be made so the are redoing the lens for the right eye. The only unfortunate thing is we had to leave Park Rapids and they will have to send the new ones to me..... in the meantime I got a very stylish pair of Rx sunglasses and they are perfect!! Love this place and the gals that assisted me! I hope the pair that has to be sent work out!. If not I'll be back next Spring!

I decided to treat myself to a two hour appointment (only $125 ) and OMG am I glad that I did! First off, the ambiance is beautiful! Clean, smells amazing, soothing music, little fairy lights places all over along with electric candles. I immediately felt the space draining the stress from my body. I chose a relaxation massage with hot stones. It felt SOOOOO GREAT! Pretty sure I fell asleep a couple times! I also had some elbow and jaw pain and Joan used a tuning instrument of some kind that made a low sound and vibrations through the areas of pain and legit....it's been two hours after my appointment and the pain is gone. I arrived a few minutes earlier than my appointment and Rachel was already set up and ready so I had no wait time once I checked in. The massage room is perfect ( in my opinion). Soft soothing music was playing, lights were low, bed warmer was on which is a must have here in Minnesota during the winter! The sheets on the bed were soft and clean and smelled so good. I was so at comfortable and relaxed I almost fell asleep before Rachel even started my massage. Rachel is UH-MAZING! Perfect pressure, not a lot of talking, very professional! It was not really what I was expecting, but was a wonderful experience. I was expecting a class on Getting you feet ready for Summer. My thought was maybe informative times on foot care or something educational in that form. What I received was an amazing foot soak in warm water with essential oils while sipping on a mango blend of organic hot tea and chatting with the wonderful women in the shop. After about a five to ten minute foot soak, I received the greatest foot massage while, Mary, explained to me refexology points. It was exceptional and free! I will definately go back. Everyone was so friendly. The class was great. Next time I will try to do some shopping too :) Thanks Ladies for making my day!

I was seeing another local DC severeal times a week for over a year due to inability to walk…read morewithout severe hip and low back pain and my nightly headaches. When my insurance ran out, I realized it was time for a change. After the first visit with Dr. Deborah K. Montzka, I was able to walk without pain. Made me wonder why I waited so long to see her. Dr. Montzka takes her time and ensures she gets any muscle knots out so the pain is relieved and the bones move. I may not be leaping in the air everytime I leave but she has made my life more pain free than before and my headaches are less frequent. I did see her once a week for the first month and now it is whenever I need. It is pretty easy to get appointments when needed, the day of or either the next day. I have no insurance that covers Chiropractic care, so I pay out of my pocket and I it well worth every $ I spend. I have been coming to her office for almost a year now. She truly is a miracle worker!!
