He even personally called me before the appointment to welcome us, which is extremely rare, but it was such a personal touch that I appreciated. At our appointment the front office staff was so welcoming. Dr. Kawata took his time explaining in detail the dental care my daughter needs, and did not need. He expressed that if this was his daughter, this would be the plan of care he would take. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and takes great pride in it. I completed all the intake forms online ahead of time and even arrived 15 minutes early. At 3:00 PM, I was informed that Dr. Kawata was not ready. They took my son's X-rays, and I was left waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes with no updates or acknowledgment of the delay. Eventually, I decided to leave, and I never received a follow-up call or apology for the inconvenience. This shows a complete disregard for my time, especially as a new patient. I will be looking for another orthodontist.

Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and comfortable. Lupe, the dental tech, was wonderful with my son and helped make him feel comfortable throughout the visit. A special thank you to Dr. Nguyen who was amazing as well as extremely professional, caring, and able to treat my son the very same day, which we truly appreciated. He covered all my questions and took his time with us. He talked my 7 year old through the entire process along with Lupe. We also want to thank Christina in billing, she was so helpful and made the entire billing process so easy and straightforward. She was so attentive with getting our billing done for same day treatment. My son needed quite a bit of work done, so I was expecting him to have a difficult experience since he shared how nervous he was, but he actually enjoyed his visit. That says so much about how wonderful and kid-friendly this office is. He loved the variety of flavors throughout his dental work. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and with so much care. We are incredibly happy with our experience and will definitely be coming back. I highly , highly recommend this office.

We worked with Kylene and Dr. Bottala for his initial consult and once again we had a positive experience. Unfortunately due to his wheelchair not fitting in the X-ray machine, we were unable to get that done, but we were still able to move forward with getting his Invisalign. Yvonne was the person who helped him with getting his Invisalign set up in his teeth and went over all the do's and don'ts of caring for them. She also told him about the patient rewards hub app where he can get points for various things and redeeming his points for gift cards. Great incentive to get the patients motivated to take better care of their teeth! I don't think they had this program when my first son was here a few years ago, but when he was a patient, they didn't offer any incentives, so this is a nice new perk! I really like this office for ortho procedures. I did also get a consult from my regular dental office for his braces, but I just really liked the facilities available here and the fact that they had more appointments that could work with our schedule, so we came back. Plus, in addition to prizes, they have all these fun things for kids like video games while they wait. It's a no brainer, if you need orthodontic service, just come here.

That's why I was hoping to get everything taken care of the same day as my appointment, even though I was late. I also work two jobs, from 7:30am-9pm Monday through Friday, which already makes it very difficult to fit in appointments. I do my best to come in whenever your office has availability. Unfortunately, in this case I felt like I wasn't really being heard, or maybe I didn't ask clearly enough if it was possible to accommodate my situation--since it isn't easy for me to get days off, and I was also going to be out of town on vacation. If I hadn't been away, this wouldn't have been as big of a problem, but with this trip planned months in advance it made things especially hard to reschedule. That said, I truly appreciate Dr. Tanna's knowledge, skill, and care throughout my treatment so far. My concern is only with the scheduling communication and flexibility, not with the orthodontic care itself, which has always been excellent.

I gave me $6000.00 to another Dr. in Upland where they treat me good. Sorry Doctor. You treated me very good, but the lady at the front desk needs a 1:1 and feedback. Every single visit, I was welcomed with a smile and genuine conversation. Being asked how my day was and actually feeling like they cared made the office feel like home. Dr. Han, you are truly great at your profession, and the team you have beside you is just as amazing. I'm going to miss all the conversations with Inez, even when she would jokingly scare me by saying something was going to hurt or that a tooth needed to come out! Somehow, I always looked forward to my ortho appointments. Today, I reached the finish line with my braces, and to my surprise, I received a certificate, a bottle of cider, and a goodie bag with gum and sour gummies. Inez had asked me what I was most excited to eat once my braces came off, and those were exactly the treats I wanted. That personal touch meant so much.
