Went in for a consultation, our appointment was at 4. We arrived at 3:35, finally got called around 4:10 for X-rays and then sent back to the lobby to wait. Was placed in a private room around 4:30, and waited for the dr to begin the consult. He did not come in the room to greet us until 5:20. The consult was no more than ten minutes explaining everything. He was very nice, and then left us in the hands of Debbie who explained costs and what insurance covers. She was nice, but very pushy. Making it seem like we had to book that day in order to get a discount. I told her I needed to discuss with my husband and we were busy the next few weeks, yet she basically forced me to schedule an appointment for the next day to which I let her and then just canceled. Then I get pushy texts messages from them about starting treatment. I'm not sure how people give in to this, but it made me take ten steps back. Not to mention we had to wait over an hour to even be seen, no one said I'm sorry for the wait or he'll be with you on x amount of time. Looking back now, I think they were trying to stall, a nice lady named Jesica gave us a tour of the office. She went over a few things, took X-rays, asking questions and taking photos for their file. Nothing against her she was very nice. But the Dr. seemed to have no respect for our time. I understand things run behind and I am very patient but after waiting an hour I finally asked the front desk at 5:15 how much longer it would be. She said he was finishing with a patient and would be with us shortly... I let her know we have waited now over an hour. She stated she will message him right now. He came in 5 min later... so who knows how much longer we would have waited had I not asked. It shouldn't take that long when we have a scheduled 4pm consultation. If they don't respect our time for what should be a great first impression, how would the rest of the treatment appointments go? Delete the wonder. Don't make your "patients" just wait around with no respect for their time and without giving a heads up of how long you're running behind. And then not even say a simple "sorry for the wait." Waiting a half hour would have been fine but an hour and a half? Not acceptable. read more

My appointment and consultation went smooth and amazing. Everyone was so nice and friendly, especially Jesica. We had a really good conversation as she put my nerves to ease of being at the dentist. Looking forward to my treatment here with them. read more

Long over due! I have been bringing my daughters to this dentist and I have amazing things to say! The office, while quite small is kid friendly and they always have a movie playing. My girls love Dr. David Ly he is so kind and playful he he makes my girls feel so at ease every time. The dental hygienist is amazing too!! My youngest daughter, about 6 at the time, had to get a lot of work done and to make things easier in everyone we decided to use sedation and the process was painless we were there with her though out the sedation and and soon as they were done they called me to head to the room while she woke up. I was so thankful with the full process. My oldest daughter has gone to the orthodontist and she got braces. My daughter loves to go to her appointments, Dr. Brandon Hoang is fantastic! They are honest and and I was satisfied with the dental plan they provided me with. I feel like I am always informed every step of the way. I have recommended my sister to bring her kids to the dentist. She has since brought her son which also needed some work and she went with the sedation option since he was only five. She had an amazing experience as well. Dr. David Ly: 10/10 Dr. Brandon Hoang: 10/10 Dental hygienist: 10/10 Front office staff: 9/10 Office: 9.5/10 read more

Once again I want to leave a review for C.B. which continues to be an amazing assistant every time I go for my Invisalign appointments. She always greets me with a smile and we catch up on how our families are doing and what new is going on in our lives. That means a lot to me. It's completely different from my regular dentist office where it's always different people and there is never any small talk. ISmiles moved to a different location and it's such a big difference from the old place. Bigger office for sure, everything is always so clean and organized. And I can't forget about their music that always puts me in a good mood! Dr. Brandon and staff are amazing! My Invisalign journey is coming to an end, but I can't wait to continue seeing C.B., Dr Brandon, back office and front office staff when I go in for my follow ups! read more

The bedside manner of this doctor is impeccable! We recently switched dentist for our kids & drive close to an hour for our girls to be seen here after we were referred by a friend & had a bad experience elsewhere . I HIGHLY HIGHLY reccommend this provider to any mom who is worried about pain for their kids or worried about the "unknown" when it comes to dentist work.. he thoroughly explains everything he is going to do with the kids in layman's terms before he does it & repeats it while he's conducting his work.. Even his care team displays great bedside manner . I wish he worked on Adults ! Thank you doc for your great work & caring for our kids like your own! read more

I tried canceling braces here for my daughter because I found another orthodontist who quotes me $1000 less than them and iSmiles was supposedly giving us last years deal. Basically they didn't care what I had to say. They called the other parent to get the ok. I'm going to contact the BBB. This is very upsetting. read more

I decided to book an appt here based on the reviews. While I'm sure the reviews are legitimate, I'm really disappointed. I brought my 4 year old son in because he was complaining of tooth pain where his cavity was filled by another dentist. The dentist immediately made an odd comment about the quality of the work, saying how he recognizes his own work and how the fillings seemed like they were done by different people. Odd way to shade someone but whatever. He then tells me the filling is cracked and needs a root canal. Immediately bells go off and I had suspicions. I went to get a second opinion, even subjecting my son to another X-ray. And guess what. No cracked filling - food was simply stuck in between his teeth so his gums were inflamed. This sucks because this is our second experience of dishonesty by a dentist and it makes me sad that a practice would try to mislead their community this way. Also, the fact that when their laptop died while trying to look at the X-ray was a little off-putting. I'm sure the work is fine and the practice is mostly honest. Unfortunately this was our experience. Do better by your community. read more

I recommend ismile ortho they are wonderful very patient and accommodating with work schedule. Wonderful to kids and parents. Melissa is a wonderful receptionist one of the best receptionist I have ever meet. I would recommend everyone that needs braces to go there. read more

Been coming here for a while now and everyone is super nice friendly love specially Elizabeth she's attentive and kind

Great friendly staff and doctors. Just frustrating as they're worse than doctors offices in terms of being on schedule. Every time we come we wait at least 30 mins longer than what our actual appointment time is. Makes it hard to schedule them. read more

Avoid. My kids went to this place for about 4 years. Even today, in 2024, they still have all the Covid and temperature check measures in place, plexiglass and the whole nine yards. Receptionist rude and cold. They recommended my 4 year old son get a baby tooth pulled and crowned for a cavity you could not actually see. When I asked to see the cavity on the xray I was told it was in between 2 teeth so you can't see it on the xray. Of course with premium police insurance they still wanted about $3k out of pocket for a baby tooth!!!!! Then when my daughter was 8 years old they encouraged early braces which we did, however she was mentally too young to take care of them. After 3 months and several broken brackets the dentist pulled them off her, which I agree she should wait a few more years when she is more mature to take care of them. However, once we were ready a few years later to try again, we were informed the braces would be fully out of pocket because we already "used our insurance." They took payment for 2 years of work and only had them on her for 3 months, now anything we want to do is at full cost. This place is a scam and a rip off!!! Not ethical. I moved them both to my dentist and of course the prognosis for my 4 year old was there is no cavity or no need to pull any teeth! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! read more

I've never worn braces before, but more than a month after they were installed, I can already feel and see the improvement. I had the most wonderful experience ever in this clinic. My braces were put on by Annette. She made sure everything with the doctor was exact and perfect. Additionally, I'd like to point out that the front office staff is exceptionally polite and will be pleased to assist you with any questions you may have. Nancy was the person who helped me the most with my payment and the entire process of getting braces; she made me feel welcome and was happy to answer all of my questions. read more

Great orthodontics place. I came here with my upper canines crowding the top of my teeth, but then, I left with a perfect smile. I received many compliments on it because we trusted Dr. Hoang's advice to let the braces do its work and not remove any teeth. I would definitely recommend them because they were extremely patient and encouraging, even though I did break a handful of brackets. The smile I have now makes me confident to show it off in photos. read more

Unless you want to be overcharged and scammed, don't come here. I came in for an itero scan of my teeth and nothing else. Over the phone, I was told it would be free. Then, at the appointment, they kept trying to x-ray my teeth which I refused because I came in for an itero scan. We agreed upon taking photos (with a normal camera) of my teeth so they have some type of record. Then after I was informed that the itero scan would cost $250 and the "dental consultation" is what's free. My previous orthodontist in the Bay Area told me they charge people $50 (or even $0 during COVID) for the exact same service. I told them of the price difference and they wouldn't lower the cost. So I just left the office. Then this office had the audacity to charge my insurance nearly $600 dollars! For what - "dental consultation" and "photos of my teeth." This just proved to me that this office cares about profits more than people. I called twice to get it sorted, talked to receptionist both times, left a voicemail to accounting, and was told the orthodontist would call me back. And I heard nothing. Also, around 3 weeks later, I was provided the exact same service for FREE from a different orthodontist in Corona. They provide terrible customer service AND I'm certain you can get the same service cheaper elsewhere. read more

So this account is under my sisters name but my name is Chelsea and I just got my braces removed!! Dr hoang is an amazing doctor who is very kind and thorough with his work and his staff is amazing ( particularly crystal and Karla). This is my second time getting braces so I thought there would not be too much change in my teeth but they turned out amazing and it was well worth the 2 year wait. I seriously cannot thank this office enough, my sister yamilex is also getting her treatment through them and her teeth are probably going to turn out as amazing as mine. Definitely go here for treatment. read more

I have been looking for a dentist office that actually cares about the patients and I finally found one. The receptionist, assistance and dentist were all friendly. I really appreciate them taking the time to get to know my little ones too. That definetly made them feel more comfortable about going to the dentist. The treatment coordinator, Viviana, made our first visit extra special by explaining everything very patiently. She was very good at giving details to all of our questions and concerns. Walter was very caring and did a great job at taking care of all the needs before the dentist came in. Dr. Brandon is AMAZING with kids!!! He was so sweet and caring . He helped my daughter understand exactly what she needed to prepare for her braces. The receptionist was very nice and wonderful to talk to make my appointment. Overall, this office is great for the kids and all their dental needs. I am really excited about my daughter getting her braces done her and my other little ones take care of their dental needs. read more

Another review after over a year! Today is the day I got my braces off and it's been a long journey. I'm happy and shocked honestly of how well my teeth turned out. I did not realize how bad my over bite was till I saw the before and after pictures. Dr. Brandon and his staff, especially Javier, helped out a lot! I hope this review helps anyone who is wary or is undecided about coming here. They're open to all ages and have great respectful staff.
