Went in for a consultation, our appointment was at 4. We arrived at 3:35, finally got called around 4:10 for X-rays and then sent back to the lobby to wait. Was placed in a private room around 4:30, and waited for the dr to begin the consult. He did not come in the room to greet us until 5:20. The consult was no more than ten minutes explaining everything. He was very nice, and then left us in the hands of Debbie who explained costs and what insurance covers. She was nice, but very pushy. Making it seem like we had to book that day in order to get a discount. I told her I needed to discuss with my husband and we were busy the next few weeks, yet she basically forced me to schedule an appointment for the next day to which I let her and then just canceled. Then I get pushy texts messages from them about starting treatment. I'm not sure how people give in to this, but it made me take ten steps back. Not to mention we had to wait over an hour to even be seen, no one said I'm sorry for the wait or he'll be with you on x amount of time. Looking back now, I think they were trying to stall, a nice lady named Jesica gave us a tour of the office. She went over a few things, took X-rays, asking questions and taking photos for their file. Nothing against her she was very nice. But the Dr. seemed to have no respect for our time. I understand things run behind and I am very patient but after waiting an hour I finally asked the front desk at 5:15 how much longer it would be. She said he was finishing with a patient and would be with us shortly... I let her know we have waited now over an hour. She stated she will message him right now. He came in 5 min later... so who knows how much longer we would have waited had I not asked. It shouldn't take that long when we have a scheduled 4pm consultation. If they don't respect our time for what should be a great first impression, how would the rest of the treatment appointments go? Delete the wonder. Don't make your "patients" just wait around with no respect for their time and without giving a heads up of how long you're running behind. And then not even say a simple "sorry for the wait." Waiting a half hour would have been fine but an hour and a half? Not acceptable. read more

Long over due! I have been bringing my daughters to this dentist and I have amazing things to say! The office, while quite small is kid friendly and they always have a movie playing. My girls love Dr. David Ly he is so kind and playful he he makes my girls feel so at ease every time. The dental hygienist is amazing too!! My youngest daughter, about 6 at the time, had to get a lot of work done and to make things easier in everyone we decided to use sedation and the process was painless we were there with her though out the sedation and and soon as they were done they called me to head to the room while she woke up. I was so thankful with the full process. My oldest daughter has gone to the orthodontist and she got braces. My daughter loves to go to her appointments, Dr. Brandon Hoang is fantastic! They are honest and and I was satisfied with the dental plan they provided me with. I feel like I am always informed every step of the way. I have recommended my sister to bring her kids to the dentist. She has since brought her son which also needed some work and she went with the sedation option since he was only five. Dr. Brandon was great and helpful through the process and did an amazing job. The staff was always welcoming and made me feel important and at home every visit. I decided to book an appt here based on the reviews. While I'm sure the reviews are legitimate, I'm really disappointed. I brought my 4 year old son in because he was complaining of tooth pain where his cavity was filled by another dentist. The dentist immediately made an odd comment about the quality of the work, saying how he recognizes his own work and how the fillings seemed like they were done by different people. Odd way to shade someone but whatever. He then tells me the filling is cracked and needs a root canal. Immediately bells go off and I had suspicions. I went to get a second opinion, even subjecting my son to another X-ray. And guess what. No cracked filling - food was simply stuck in between his teeth so his gums were inflamed. This sucks because this is our second experience of dishonesty by a dentist and it makes me sad that a practice would try to mislead their community this way. Also, the fact that when their laptop died while trying to look at the X-ray was a little off-putting. I'm sure the work is fine and the practice is mostly honest. Unfortunately this was our experience. Do better by your community. read more

Avoid. My kids went to this place for about 4 years. Even today, in 2024, they still have all the Covid and temperature check measures in place, plexiglass and the whole nine yards. Receptionist rude and cold. They recommended my 4 year old son get a baby tooth pulled and crowned for a cavity you could not actually see. When I asked to see the cavity on the xray I was told it was in between 2 teeth so you can't see it on the xray. Of course with premium police insurance they still wanted about $3k out of pocket for a baby tooth!!!!! Then when my daughter was 8 years old they encouraged early braces which we did, however she was mentally too young to take care of them. After 3 months and several broken brackets the dentist pulled them off her, which I agree she should wait a few more years when she is more mature to take care of them. However, once we were ready a few years later to try again, we were informed the braces would be fully out of pocket because we already "used our insurance." They took payment for 2 years of work and only had them on her for 3 months, now anything we want to do is at full cost. This place is a scam and a rip off!!! Not ethical. I moved them both to my dentist and of course the prognosis for my 4 year old was there is no cavity or no need to pull any teeth! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! read more

Unless you want to be overcharged and scammed, don't come here. I came in for an itero scan of my teeth and nothing else. Over the phone, I was told it would be free. Then, at the appointment, they kept trying to x-ray my teeth which I refused because I came in for an itero scan. We agreed upon taking photos (with a normal camera) of my teeth so they have some type of record. Then after I was informed that the itero scan would cost $250 and the "dental consultation" is what's free. My previous orthodontist in the Bay Area told me they charge people $50 (or even $0 during COVID) for the exact same service. I told them of the price difference and they wouldn't lower the cost. So I just left the office. Then this office had the audacity to charge my insurance nearly $600 dollars! For what - "dental consultation" and "photos of my teeth." This just proved to me that this office cares about profits more than people. I called twice to get it sorted, talked to receptionist both times, left a voicemail to accounting, and was told the orthodontist would call me back. And I heard nothing. Also, around 3 weeks later, I was provided the exact same service for FREE from a different orthodontist in Corona. They provide terrible customer service AND I'm certain you can get the same service cheaper elsewhere. read more

I have been looking for a dentist office that actually cares about the patients and I finally found one. The receptionist, assistance and dentist were all friendly. I really appreciate them taking the time to get to know my little ones too. That definetly made them feel more comfortable about going to the dentist. When I needed to take my two year old to get her teeth looked at it made me extremely nervous because of my horrible experiences with dentists in the past. They are so welcoming and attentive. Took my son there for the first time, they did the normal X-ray, cleaning and check up that they do for all new patients. They don't charge for any of that which is good, but then they charged my insurance $1200 to "pull" files. Which Vivian said was a mistake on their part because the fee for pulling files is $72. Vivian told me that same day they were going to refund my insurance back and assured me she had submitted refund that same day. Today is August 5th and they haven't done it. They are giving us the runaround telling us we have to talk to our insurance and when we did, our insurance company said they never received anything from Dental office. We've been trying to get braces for my son for five months now but they won't refund the $1200 they stole. I have contacted the BBB. read more

LOVE this office. I have come here for both dentistry and orthodontics. My daughter had to get a couple fillings when she was about 7. I was skeptic at 1st but after a 2nd opinion elsewhere, I felt that this was a better office for her. She watched a movie and had laughing gas and was relaxed the whole time. Even after she started panicking a little bit. They were great with her. Currently ready to get her braces removed and they look great.
