Dr Scanlon genuinely gets to know you and make sure that she's detailed in her synopsis. If anything's ever forgotten, it's because I forgot to mention it upon appointment, the front desk could be better, but in any medical setting where you have a large patient load, it's what's going to happen. Maybe a bigger office with more area for the people at the desk could fix some of the backup/complaints but this is south florida, no ones going to be happy anywhere.

I just returned home from this medical facility after walking out of my appointment. I knew it…read morewasn't a good sign when I walked into the reception area and within 2 minutes, the "lady" at the front desk turned her back and walked away from an older patient and said "God I love this place" in a very snarky tone. After I signed in and waited a few minutes, the same snarky "lady" called my name and demanded my ID, insurance card, and a credit or debit card. I was obviously taken aback by the demand for a credit or debit card and asked why she requested those. She stated it was the doctor's policy to keep a credit or debit card number on file for unpaid charges. I immediately said no and left. After reading some of the more recent 1-star reviews, I'm so glad I left without giving that horrible creature at the reception desk my card. Sounds like this place is in the business of making fraudulent charges.
