At the time, I debated about purchasing the extra protection/guarantee thing for $99 and then figured what the hell... I have a kid & cats. Welp. Got a hole in the couch, and it's been slowly getting beaten up - stains don't come out, that kind of thing. Another friend told me her partner, who's just bought a new place in NYC, got his couch - the same kind I have - at Bob's, but now it includes built-in shelves on either side and charging stations. Huh. So last week, I popped up to Bob's to check out the new couch. I wasn't thrilled about having to shell out $$ for a new couch, but when I talked to Maryanne, the salesperson, she said that the policy I bought might cover the cost to replace it. I was dubious but agreed it was worth the 10 minutes it took to file a claim. Lo and behold. Got an email from the claims dept. yesterday with a voucher for replacing my couch! The OG model I have isn't made anymore, but the upgrade is better anyway. Popped up to Bob's today. Ordered the new couch. Used the voucher -- free delivery, new protection plan included -- and it cost me a whole $47 out of pocket. Shout-out to Stephen for his help today & for assuring me that Maryanne would get the commission since she's responsible for suggesting I try the claims process in the first place. Moral of the story -- Bob's has decent furniture. Nothing's built to last anymore, unfortunately, but their policy -- if you purchase the protection plan for $99 -- is absolutely worth it. They sent no one out to fix it but instead had there delivery guys fix it. Cable still doesn't work and still haven't heard back from anyone. Also the couch two of the legs were off and the whole bottom of the couch is peeling. Spend the little extra money and go somewhere else. Because even being discount place isn't worth it.

I recently moved and am in need of a few key pieces. I never shopped with Ashley previously. I was greeted upon entering the store by Alex Quaglieri. I had been out all day and after finding nothing, being pecked at by sales associates throughout the Lehigh Valley, and feeling defeated; entering the Whitehall showroom was like entering a world of peace. I explained to him that I did not want help and I would find him if I had any questions. I explained how all day I was basically poached and after shopping with my mother and 2 year old the last thing I wanted was to be overwhelmed anymore. The showroom was visually merchandised beautifully and made you envision the pieces in your home, the showroom gave you a warm feeling versus just walking around a warehouse with furniture shoved around. Alex was super understanding and gave me information about their current sale happening and told me he was linger around. Alex was close enough every time I had any questions, but not pushy. He gave me a great amount of information about the products I was looking at and was extremely personable and listened to what I needed. I did not make a purchase yesterday, but when I do purchase I will be calling Alex and giving Ashley Furniture my business. Thank you Whitehall team for making furniture shopping that much easier.

Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. Then to top it all off they gave us a handout that covered trimming, drying and pairing herbs as well as a few recipes! A wonderful experience! Thank you for making my Mother's day extra special!

When I inquired about it, I was told that it was just going to be lighter at home and I am apparently wrong about it being a different fabric. If I wanted I could bring in a cushion to compare it - a cushion from a couch that has no cushions. Everything is attached to the frame. If you order from them, I recommend only ordering a couch fabric that you can see on a couch in the store. In the photos - I ordered the fabric on the right, if it is the correct fabric then it is way more white than I possibly imagined. Anyways, I ended up with a bright white couch.

Too many empty rooms & furniture from our old home didn't seem to fit. Audra came to our home to take measurements and get a feel for what we liked and what we wanted to do. With all the expenses of a new home, the last thing we wanted to do was sink a ton of money into new furniture, but Audra was sure that she could make our current furniture work - just needed to move a few pieces around and order a few new pieces to finishing filling the rooms and get that cozy feel that we wanted. About two weeks later, we met her at Gail Gray to go over the design plan. We knew that we had a lot more house than we had money, so we'd have to pick and choose what work we wanted to do up front. Audra broke it out into multiple quotes to that we could see room by room impact, which helped a lot. We ended up ordering an ottoman, two arm chairs, a few throw pillows and a dining set, while still staying within budget! Her ideas gave me a few of my own for some finishing touches that I could scout out (I did some flash sales and clearance rack shopping) and keep our costs down. Now I have a beautiful family room & dining room that I'm happy with, and have the stage set for finishing a few other rooms once we're ready. The rest of the staff at Gail Gray has been great...all of the folks in the store have been friendly, and Debbie has helped us get our payments made and deliveries scheduled. Their delivery service is 3rd party but friendly & careful. Audra did a great job turning our ideas and wishes into a plan that fit our budget and our style. We'd highly recommend her. I would have thought that Gail Gray would have been outside our budget but they have a wide range of options for you to consider.
